The quality of the skirt material ,design and finishing are excellent.A welcome change from the very poor quality clothing available from far too many fashion retailers in the UK.
Customer services were also excellent.I had ordered the wrong size !, and whilst waiting to receive my return they held the correct size and sent it out to me.Thats what I call customer service.

Comfort with style
I increasingly turn to this brand to find sustainable but comfortable pieces that I know will be well made as well as stylish.
I have three in this fabric. The maroon one has dulled a little over time but the navy has not so I have high hopes for the pink.

Really disappointed with the ridiculous…
Really disappointed with the ridiculous delay on getting a refund. I returned an item in 27 August and received confirmation they had received it on 1 September. I contacted them on 20 September to say I’d not received a refund. I received an AI response, no apology and they said the refund had now been processed but ‘depending on my card issuer’ it could take a further 5 days. This is complete nonsense. They could have ensured I received it within 24 hours and chose not to.
Still no refund received.
Every other credible retailer is able to turn refunds around quickly and this company also charge a premium price. I shall not be dealing with Baukjen again.

I bought some of Baukjen’s first garments back goodness knows how many years ago. The quality then was superb and remains so today.
I have recently purchased the yellow and red wool cardigan. Both arrived almost before I pressed pay. And both delicious, perfect size and so so soft. Would I buy again from Baukjen- without a doubt 😁

Avoid Baukjen Preloved
Ordered an item from Preloved which came significantly not as described.
Baukjen say although I bought it from their site, it is nothing to do with them.
I incorrectly assumed there would be some kind of quality control baring in mind their items are not cheap.
There is no direct number for anyone to deal with and the chat page doesn't work.
