Poor communication
Ordered 2 items which were apparently available to purchase online.
One item arrived with no information on the other.
Called company after a couple of days to be told the item wasn’t available in their warehouse. Cancelled the order as required it for going on holiday.

The blouse took a full week to arrive…
The blouse took a full week to arrive and then I had to send it back as the blouse was too big/wide. I am normally a size 12 but this would have fitted a size 14. Disappointed

Fantastic Experience
Things certainly went a little wrong but they put the upmost effort in to rectifying them so no problem at all. Polite and courteous at all times which can make the biggest problem suddenly manageable and not stressful.
Highly recommend them.
