Delivery Problems
There was a problem with Evri deliveries with this company but they quickly sent replacements and organised another company to deliver. Very nice quality products.

The first shipment of my pants did not arrive as there were customs due that I didn't know about (I never received notification). Suzanne helped me by making sure the customs were paid and the pants were re-shipped promptly. I was not out any additional expense. I received the pants in about a week. Super fabric, super design, superb quality.
I had to exchange sizes.. no probs.
I love the lacing on the back and the long cuff detail.
All in all superb and I am looking forward to wearing it for a weekend in London.

My order never arrived
I ordered a beautiful yellow cardigan but unfortunately, it was delivered 50 miles away by Evri. Sadly, there are no more items in my size.
Your representative was friendly and helpful but using Evri as a courier company is not a good idea.

I love this company and the products…
I love this company and the products but I feel the reruns really let them down. The sizing is not consistent so I have done 2 reruns and over 2 weeks and no refund is poor. I wanted a jacket but need to order two sizes so I went through John Lewis instead.

Lovely top. I have this in another colour. Washes well. Fits well and true to size. Accidentally ordered the wrong size but the exchange was simple a fast. Definitely recommend this brand.

Really great jeans - not happy with the price hike!
Really great jeans. Had a size bigger and love them but have lost a bit of weight so wanted to size down. 5 stars for the jeans but they have gone up a full £10 between looking at them online at the start of September and ordering them last week. That’s quite a significant price hike. Just under 9%!!!
