Part of the order arrived in good time…
Part of the order arrived in good time but the jumper was delayed for whatever reason by Evri,which was stressful as I hoped to receive it by the 15th. It did eventually arrive on Saturday but to be honest I am not sure if I will keep it as I don’t like the weave and the colour isn’t as shown on their website. It’s rather dull. I will have to try it on before I make a decision as to whether I will keep it or return it.

I buy regularly from Baukjen. The clothes aren’t cheap but they are beautifully made and last season after season so they are worth it.

I left my much left reversible belt in…
I left my much left reversible belt in a hotel room, I'm still smarting about that, but came home and immediately had to replace it. This is a great quality belt from a brand with ethical credentials. Easy to order, good comms, arrived safely and on time and is ready for me to love it and wear it a lot again.

I ordered the Gilkin top in burgundy…
I ordered the Gilkin top in burgundy and I was sent the dress. I sent it back and received the top but the material is very clingy and very unflattering across the back. I am normally a 12/14.

Although the trousers appeared to be…
Although the trousers appeared to be well made, the weight of the fabric made them impossible to wear comfortably- they were so heavy and thick. I have returned them and now awaiting for a refund - apparently it can take up to two weeks - amazing how these companies can TAKE payment within 2 minutes but 2 weeks to issue refunds!

The Team at Baujken were amazing and contacted the courier and the refunded me as soon as the issue with the courier couldn't be resolved.

Not for me
Service was good - my long desired Gilda top arrived quickly. Then disappointment as the olive was not good for me, nor was the wrap cut and it was poorly constructed so the front section was baggy. Back it has gone. A rare disappointment.

Great customer service and quality clothes
Great customer service who helped reassure me, when my package went missing, that replacements would be sent out the next day if it hadn't turned up by then. So good to be able to get through straight away to a human. And all the clothes were perfect - high quality fabrics and a great fit.

Expensive cotton shirt shrunk
Expensive cotton shirt shrunk. Weirdly it was just the sleeves and no my arms haven't increased in length... They won't help at all as it was purchased via John Lewis. I don't see how it's a sustainable product.
