Fantastic experience all round. I can't believe that people buy their sofas just by looking at a set of photos on the internet!
At Annettes you get the chance to see if the sofa is comfortable for you. Right height? Right depth? Right fabric? All the sofas feel that they are a quality item.
The staff are present and on hand to offer advice but only when you signal that you need it. You are free to browse and decide.
We bought a completely different design than we had envisaged.
Harry made the whole transaction easy and we felt confident we had made the right choice, not just with the sofas but with choosing Annettes. We are so lucky to have this store in Hereford.

This shop is so helpful and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble so good that I made more purchases again, knowing the service would be great, I highly recommend Annette's Fine Furniture for all your needs they are worth a vist and don't fob you off.

We are allowed to browse around the store without being pressure. We chose a couple of reclining chairs, then went & found Assistant. Harry was very helpful & knowledgeable about the product. I got updates on our order & very much looking forward to our new chairs. Came away feeling very happy. I would shop there again & very highly recommended.

We bought a three piece suite from Annetts 17 years ago, still in good condition but thought it was time for a change. The quality of their products is still outstanding and the customer service the same. We felt no pressure from the sales team and Gareth Morgan was very helpful when advice was needed. We would have no hesitation in recommending Annetts to anyone.

We have bought from Annetts previously so we're confident in returning, We were looking for a three piece suite, not really sure what we wanted, we were met by Harry who was very helpful, he gave us the advice and information we needed and have us space and time to think. We eventually decided what we wanted and again Harry was really good, even saying that our new furniture could be stored until we were ready to take delivery. Over all we were very impressed with how we were treated, would definitely recommend recommend.

This was our first visit to the Hereford branch of Annetts. We were looking for a small 2-seater sofa and they had an excellent selection. Rob came to assist us and was extremely helpful, but never overbearing. He listened to what we wanted, showed us where to go to find it and hunted down swatch books as we needed then; but importantly he let us get on with our own business. When we made the decision on what to buy he dealt with the formalities efficiently and professionally. We will certain keep this business in mind when we next need any furnishings.

Bought a sofa from them last April. They were excellent! It can be daunting going into these large stores, when you are about to spend a lot of money but are worried about being 'hounded' by sales staff. Not at Annetts, they are on hand if you need them but allow you all the times to have a good ponder. Very helpful asking questions and its a nice and relaxed way to complete your order sitting on the sofa you are about to buy. Exactly the same excellent service when it came to delivery. From entering the Store for the first time, we were made to feel welcome. Great friendly and informative service but at no stage made to feel rushed or pressurised (the perfect service)
From ordering on the day with Damian who was so friendly and knowledgeable, to then the updates and information shared ahead of the delivery were engaging, timely and precise.
The delivery team were professional and friendly and completed the perfect service.

This is our third purchase from Annette's, having previously had 2 sofas and a king sized bed. This time we bought a lovely double bed for a spare room and we couldn't be happier. Rob Harris the sales man, was extremely helpful with the choice and along with the rest of the team at Annette's, kept us informed on the delivery,which was within 3 weeks from ordering.
The delivery went seamlessly and the 2 men who delivered the bed were excellent and friendly. They took the old bed away and assembled the new one.
We never look anywhere else now when we need new furniture as the price, quality and service are very hard to beat.

This was our second purchase from Annette’s, Hereford and once again we had outstanding customer service. Gareth who served us with our first purchase of a new sofa was on hand again to offer his excellent advice on purchasing a new mattress. We couldn’t rate Annette’s anything but five star service from purchase to delivery everyone we’ve dealt with have been friendly,polite and professional. Outstanding!
