I moved to a new home in Hereford in 2022, and was recommended to visit Annette’s for the new furniture I needed.
I have since furnished my master bedroom, sitting room, dining room, hallway, and last week, I visited to look at furniture for my second bedroom. I met Barrie (who I bought my first item from) and is a long serving member of the sales team.
Every person I have met, from the sales team to the delivery team, is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. There is never any pressure to purchase, and I have often popped in to the beautiful showroom just to browse. There are no price gimmicks, and there is a wide range of beautiful furniture to suit every taste. I also love the ‘This one only’ offers, where an ex display item is offered at a knock down price.
I never waste time going anywhere else!

We bought a sofa and arm chair in October 2024. The help and guidance from Gareth was excellent and the overall service first class.

We visited Annetts because we are moving house and wanted to have new furniture. We found some lovely stuff and all of it quality made. We met Rob Harris in the store in his role as a salesperson, he was lovely not pushy at all nothing was to much trouble for him, he went above and beyond to help us get what we wanted at the right price (28 emails from me) he has been very accommodating throughout, we wanted everything to be right he helped us achieve this, also offering to store our new stuff for us should it be ready before we move into our new house.

Annetts offers a wide range of furnishings, invitingly displayed and enjoyable to explore. Staff are unobtrusive, giving help and guidance when needed so I never feel under pressure. We’ve always valued the excellent customer service which continues after goods are delivered.

Annettes for some years, and have just purchased another settee from them, as always the staff are very helpful, nothing is too much trouble, the shop is lovely to walk around, with plenty of space. We don't bother looking elsewhere, because we know we will get quality at the right price.

We recently ordered a sofa from Annetts which is due to be delivered early February. From firstly walking through the door we had a warm welcome. We were approached by the lovely Harry who has dealt with our purchase. Harry was efficient and very knowledgeable. Harry has kept us up to date with our order and we look forward to receiving this in the coming weeks. You are a credit to the company Harry, top friendly service.

When we went to Annetts to look for a new sofa and chair were shown around by Gareth Morgan who was extremely helpful. We found what we wanted and were told it would probably be delivered after Christmas but much to our delight we had an email informing us that it would be ready in December which duly happened. Very pleased with the furniture, the delivery men and our general experience with all members of staff we have dealt with.

Great company to deal with sales man was on the ball with knowledge and advice on the bed we wished to purchase.
We were kept up to date with delivery info and upon arrival the guys were very respectful of our property and placed everything where it should be no problems......Many Thanks and have a Happy New Year.

Fantastic Company, having been desperately let down by Hafrens and treated appallingly by their MD, 8 weeks before Christmas I have nothing to sit on. On visiting Annette's we were greeted by a lovely young man called Scott. We browsed for a while and then sat down and discussed several options we liked, polite, funny, knowledgeable, patient absolutely brilliant sales person, no pressure. Within 2days they had delivered Foc the loan of a new 2seater settee ( an 80 mile round trip). They pulled so many strings for me, and three weeks before Christmas 🎄 I am happily sitting g on my two new sofas. They are beautiful, delivery drivers were amazing.
Would highly recommend and I will never shop anywhere else.

What a delight to shop at Annetts, exemplary sales staff who are there when you need them but otherwise leave you alone to browse and explore the spacious showroom which is well laid out and attractively displayed. I was in to purchase a new mattress but could see that this would be a go to destination for quality furniture in the future. Scot Owen was very helpful, understood my queries and obviously knew the stock well. I suspect that the staff here are confident in the quality of the merchandise and know that the products speak for themselves. Delivery was exactly as promised and promptly and efficiently carried out. After sales service was polite and considerate, much appreciated.
