I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction
I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the repeated charges and fees I have faced since my initial ticket purchase. The current surcharge feels excessive, especially as the total amount I am now paying nears the original ticket price due to these ongoing additions.
The lack of transparency and constant imposition of new charges are unacceptable, making the booking process unclear and frustrating. Because of this experience, I will no longer be using your services. I will look for other agencies that offer a more straightforward and transparent pricing structure.
This is the response to the email
I understand that your agency operates within the terms and conditions set by the airlines. However, my concern is about the way information is presented and the separation of various options, which seems designed to maximize profit rather than provide clear and direct service.
It appears that for future travel arrangements, dealing directly with the airline would be a more straightforward approach to avoid such complexities.

Please allow me to explain: the additional payment was required by the airline because the fare was updating in their system while your urgent date change was being processed. With very last-minute departures this can unfortunately happen, even though we do everything we can to avoid it.

للتوضيح: قد يصل إشعار الخصم من البنك فورًا عند اعتماد العملية، بينما قد تحتاج صفحة الحجز ثوانٍ إضافية لتلقّي التأكيد النهائي من مزوّد الدفع، فيبدو أنها ما تزال قيد التحميل. هذا فرقٌ تقني قصير لا يؤثّر على أمان المعاملة. كما أن طلب رمز التحقق (OTP/3-D Secure) تحدّده سياسات بنك البطاقة وتقييمه للمخاطر؛ لذا قد لا يُطلَب لبعض العمليات المصنَّفة منخفضة المخاطر.

This is actually a joke, a scam, not business! As many other customers have obviously reported, their whole system seems bogus: they start by showing you very attractive offers (very competitive!), they charge you, then they come back to you later with an apology. This should just disappear !

عند محاولة إصدار التذاكر، لم نتلقَّ من شركة الطيران تأكيدًا بوجود مقاعد متاحة على الرحلة، وللأسف اضطررنا لإلغاء الحجز.
نود أن نوضح أن المبلغ لم يتم خصمه من حسابك، وإنما تم حجزه مؤقتًا فقط للتحقق من صلاحية بطاقتك البنكية. بتاريخ 3 يوليو قمنا بإلغاء هذا الحجز، ومن المفترض أن تكون الأموال قد أصبحت متاحة في حسابك بالفعل.
إذا لم تظهر الأموال في حسابك حتى الآن، نرجو منك التواصل مع خدمة دعم البنك، وإرفاق المستند الذي أرسلناه إليك عبر بريد المشتري الإلكتروني، حيث يؤكد هذا المستند أننا لم نطالب بالأموال وأن العملية أُلغيت.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced and understand how frustrating it must have been to have your travel plans disrupted.
At the time of issuing your tickets, we unfortunately did not receive confirmation from the airline about the availability of free seats on the flight at the price you selected. For this reason, we were forced to cancel your reservation.
Regarding the payment: the funds were not debited by us, they were only temporarily blocked by your bank to verify the solvency of your bank card. After we were unable to issue your tickets, on the same day — August 11 — we unblocked the funds, and they should already be reflected in your account.
If you have not yet received the funds, please contact us by email, and we will promptly provide you with a document confirming the unblocking. You can then present it to your bank’s support service to clarify the status of the transaction.
We hope this clarifies the situation.

I was offered a good price on a flight and stupidity took it. They took my details and confirmed flight but soon canceled my confirmed flight?? I looked to the official site of the booking and they have no idea of the booking. This middle east site, Alehlat seems to want your personal and card details and then cancel. I am so sorry for allowing them access to my information. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION. I don't know who is behind this site ,but sure it's not any one you should deal with. I now am looking at changing all the information on the personal and card information I stupidity passed. Be aware of this sites please.

I requested adjustments over the last name but they lied that they airlines I booked doesn’t adjust ( I discovered that when I communicated with airlines). Second of all, when I requested a refund they simply said your ticket fare is not refundable and then when I told them that the airlines said I can refund my ticket they went and said that our service charge exceeded your refund. They are one of the worst ticket agency, it is better to go with go to gate or any other ticket agency

Delay in payment more then 50 days....
Even though you got an confirmation from Air Akasa which they refunded the funds on 16th June 2025 then also you guys are not refunding the funds to customer and delaying for payments for more than 50 days. Till when a customer needs to wait for the funds to be transfered in his account. The CEO should know this when he is trying to make this company present worldwide the unnecessary frustration to customer will never help with it.
Multiple emails and communication with all sort of proofs still no refund is made.
Please do the needful ASAP to avoid legal proceedings please.
Yuliia, Angelina, Sara, Ibrahim and many of the employees from your company spoke with me always with nice gesture but still am in terrible condition to pay my depth to bank due to the payment delay from your end this is not at all wise.
I pretend some valuable response would be initiated as an good gesture from the TTN group of companies.

Not only bad, it’s very bad
Don’t be tricked, there’s alot of hidden payments, bad customer services and in cases of refund you will get less than 2/3 of your payment even if the reason of refund was flight cancellation or delay more than 3hrs.
Choose any other company even if it’s more expensive

حجزت رحلة من جدة الى الرياض عن طريق…
حجزت رحلة من جدة الى الرياض عن طريق طيران اديل ودفعت المبلغ وصرت انتظر التذاكر توصل اكثر من ساعة ماوصل شيء وكلمت الدعم الشات اونلاين انتظرت ١٠ دقايق على مارد حد وقالوا يحتاج من ٣ساعات الى ٢٤ ساعة!! يعني ياخذون فلوسك ويعلقونك ٢٤ ساعة ماتدري وش الوضع ويمكن ماتنحجز الرحلة وتروح عليك الخطط الثانية اذا انت مستعجل ومدري اذا بيرجعون فلوسي ويعوضوني ولالا بعد الزبدة انحشششش حتى لو انك منحد
تحديث: انصافا للحق تم استرجاع المبلغ بعد عملية الدفع بساعتين تقريبا وهذا يعني ان الشركة حقيقية لكن عندهم مشكلة بمعرفة توفر التذاكر وقت تحجز وتدفع فلوسك
