The worst experience ever, for the last 43 days I am following up for my refund, worst customer service ever.
the airline canceled my booking S310LNA9 and they mentioned clearly that the amount refunded to the payment method.
but my tickets team still saying we are checking with the airline which is fraud
share with them the airline replies they still saying the same
I don't know how they change the payment method from my card to their account, respectable companies will keep our payment methods as it is and will get their percentage from the service provider
I totally don't recommend any one to use their service

Total Scam - mytickets.com refund
It's been more than 6 months that I am trying to receive the refund for a ticket. I personally spoke to the airline customer service and it shows in their system that the refund has been approved and process , but the mytickets customer service keeps saying "even after the airline initiates the refund, the funds are not transferred to us immediately. As we act as an intermediary and operate through a partner system, the process of transferring and confirming payments may take some time.
As soon as the funds are actually received and confirmed, we will immediately update the status of your refund". I asked to get the details (full name and work email) of whom I am talking to and location address of the dubai office and there is no dubai office apparently, and they dont share these information. It's a total scam. Don't know what I am supposed to do.

We can see that you have already submitted a refund request. It is currently awaiting processing in accordance with the airline’s applicable fare and refund conditions.
Please allow some time for the request to be reviewed. Once there is an update or a decision regarding the refund, the information will be sent to your email address.
Unacceptable service and misleading booking process – Avoid!
I booked flight tickets to Barcelona for two passengers, which explicitly included a 20kg checked bag and a personal item for each of us. Shortly after receiving our confirmation and flight documents, I received a notification that a refund was being issued. To my surprise, it was only a partial refund.
When I called customer service, I was told that in "cases like this," a full refund is not provided due to some mysterious technical error on their end. This is completely unacceptable. The flight tickets and baggage allowance were purchased together as a single package, not separately. A flight without our confirmed checked luggage is completely useless to us. If a booking cannot be fulfilled as advertised, the customer should not be forced to bear the cost.
I have traveled extensively and have never encountered such poor practice. Charging customers for a failed booking caused by their own system issue is entirely unreasonable. I strongly advise everyone to think twice before booking through this agency.

We have reviewed the situation and can confirm that, unfortunately, we were unable to add the purchased checked baggage to your booking because the airline did not confirm this service for the reservation.
At the time of booking, the baggage option was displayed as available, so there was no indication that the airline would later be unable to confirm it. As soon as this became clear, we arranged a refund for the baggage amount paid.
We fully understand that this may affect the usefulness of the booking for you. However, the flight tickets themselves remain subject to the airline’s fare and refund conditions, so we are unable to guarantee a full refund of the ticket price solely because the baggage service could not be confirmed.
We truly regret the frustration this has caused and appreciate your understanding that the baggage confirmation ultimately depends on the airline’s system and approval.

worst experience for me to book a flight through them , will never do it again ,Customer services they are not assisting you and they are saving some kind of answers and saying for each client like you speak with robot , and they keep taking fees for nothing and for no services .you can’t ask them for refund or changes.

While the reissue was being processed, the price of the flights you selected increased, which is why an additional payment was offered.

Airline fares and seat availability are updated in real time. Occasionally, a fare may still appear available during the booking process but become unavailable before the ticket can be issued, particularly when the last seats in a specific booking class are sold. Unfortunately, the final confirmation of the fare is provided by the airline at the ticket issuance stage.
When the originally selected fare was no longer available, the booking could not be issued under the same conditions. We understand how frustrating this may be, especially after the payment had already been completed.
We have checked your case and can confirm that the funds were successfully refunded from our side. Depending on your bank and payment method, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.
