I wish there was a score of less than one to give this crooked company. They sold me a ticket which I was unable to manage or even check on the airline website. Turns out that this was a group ticket without my consent or knowledge, and even the airline couldn't view it. It led to a lot of issues for me, and I had to cancel my trip. Contacting them is a nightmare, as you will speak with Russian staff who struggle with English and have no clue about rules and regulations. This company is a fraud and should be closed down! It's a shame that Skyscanner is linked to them, as they are the worst

المساوئ: الموقع واجه مشكلة تقنية كبيرة؛ حيث تم إعطائي كود حجز (PNR) مبدئي دون إصدار رقم التذكرة الإلكترونية (E-ticket) الفعلي، مما أدى لإلغاء الحجز تلقائياً من طرف طيران الاتحاد واختفاء الرحلة تماماً بعد يومين. اضطررت لخوض رحلة طويلة مع الدعم الفني والذكاء الاصطناعي لإثبات المشكلة، وفي النهاية تبين أن الرحلة الأصلية تم بيعها بالكامل، وتم تخييري بين الاسترداد أو التغيير ليوم آخر.
تم التواصل مع الدعم وهناك متابعة حالياً لإصدار التذكرة البديلة ليوم 15 يونيو. أتمنى من الموقع تحسين نظام إصدار التذاكر الفوري لتجنب هذه المواقف المقلقة للمسافرين.

I am giving MyTicket a one-star rating, not only because my flight was delayed by approximately four hours, but also because of the way my refund request has been handled.
After the flight was significantly delayed, I requested a refund for the four tickets I had purchased, as the new schedule was no longer suitable for me. I was informed that my case would be reviewed and that I would receive a response. However, it has now been almost a week, and I have received no update, no decision, and no meaningful communication regarding my refund request.
It is extremely disappointing to be told that someone will get back to me and then be completely ignored. What makes this even worse is receiving a survey asking about my experience while my unresolved refund request is still being left unanswered.
I paid for four tickets and expected a reasonable level of customer service, communication, and accountability. So far, I have received none of these. Until this matter is resolved and my refund request is properly addressed, I cannot recommend MyTicket to anyone.
This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

This has got to be one of the worst…
This has got to be one of the worst booking companies I have dealt with . I booked a flight from Dubai to zante with connecting flights and my airline has cancelled the flights , I called my tickets.ae to get a refund and they said my tickets are non refundable even though the AIRLINE CANCELLED THE TICKET . After multiple attempts calling them and telling them they finally said that they can process a refund but it can take up to 20-90 days from the airline then another 10 days from them
This was done after 5 attempts calling them and asking them to refund me . By far the worst company I have ever dealt with
They are basically committing fraud refusing refunds for people that had no control over their flight cancellation

WARNING TO CUSTOMERS – THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING THROUGH MyTickets.ae
My experience with MyTickets.ae has been extremely frustrating, exhausting, and financially stressful. I am writing this review so other customers clearly understand the risks of dealing with this company when something goes wrong.
I booked Flynas (Local Airlines of Saudi Arabia) tickets through MyTickets.ae under Order No. XXGHBMY7 for return travel between Dammam and Jeddah Sector in mid of March 2026.
Due to regional airspace closure because of war situation and security concerns in the Gulf region, BOTH flights were officially cancelled by Flynas Airlines itself. These flights became completely non-operational and were never used by me.
The important part is this:
Flynas Airlines APPROVED and PROCESSED a FULL REFUND on the day when I went to Airport for taking my outbound flight, because the cancellation was caused by extraordinary operational circumstances and not by the passenger (myself).
The airline later confirmed to me that:
• The refund was processed on 19 March 2026 for which the Credit Note confirming the refund transactions were shared to me (as a passenger having my email address linked to my booking).
• The money was successfully credited back to the payment card used by MyTickets.ae (card ending with 2557).
In simple words:
THE AIRLINE ALREADY RETURNED THE MONEY on 19th March 2026.
However, despite nearly TWO MONTHS passing (as I am posting this review on 14th May 2026) since the refund was processed by the airline, MyTickets.ae still has not returned my money.
Even after:
• submitting the official airline credit note,
• providing proof of refund,
• lodging official refund requests,
• repeatedly following up with customer service
MyTickets.ae continues hiding behind the same generic response:
“Awaiting airline confirmation. / Awaiting reply from Airlines”
This response is completely unacceptable because the airline has already confirmed and completed the refund transaction long ago. Why mytickets.ae bothered enough to check their own account statement of the credit card through which they made the payment and verify the reversal transaction from the Airlines????
What is deeply concerning is that the refunded amount appears to have already been received by the agency’s backend payment system, yet the actual customer is still left waiting indefinitely without resolution.
This has caused unnecessary mental stress, financial inconvenience, and countless hours wasted in emails and follow-ups.
Based on my experience, customer support becomes extremely non-responsive once payment has been collected. If your trip goes smoothly, you may never face an issue. But if flights are cancelled, disrupted, or refunds become involved, be prepared for a potentially long and painful process.
Customers should be very cautious before booking through third-party travel agents where your money passes through intermediaries instead of directly with the airline.
I am now being forced to escalate this matter further through consumer protection authorities, banking dispute channels, and international regulatory bodies because my refunded money is still being withheld despite the airline already processing the refund two months ago back to mytickets.ae
I sincerely hope no other customer has to go through this experience and any new customer SHOULD AVOID dealing with them at any cost.

Booked a flight and got stiffed
Booked a flight, got charged and then, minutes later flights tickets were declined and a refund was issued. It said I’ll see refund within 24 hours. It’s been 4 days and nothing!!!! Beware. I truly hope to get my money back. Regardless of refund the whole experience was very shady.

After 6 days the charge in my card finally was omitted. So I got my money back finally.

And we have all this on WhatsApp and emails with of all this. They now won’t refund us after telling us they would. It’s so wrong what they are doing to people.
