Ahooga Bike Recenzje 

Achat d un Modular en août 22 au magasin de Paris avec Massimiliano qui est de bons conseils.
Quant au vélo, aucuns regrets: relativement léger (indispensable pour moi pour le descendre dans ma cave), des fonctions intelligentes de pivot du guidon et possible retrait des pédales en 2 sec, un bon look dynamique et pour mon utilisation parisienne un bon étagement des rapports. Seul bémol: le porte bagage arrière que j ai trouvé séparément qui est vilain et les tubes trop épais.
Depuis mon achat, j ai continué de regarder la concurrence et n ai pas trouvé mieux en termes rapport qualité-prix. On me demande régulièrement quel est ce vélo et suis ravi de partager sur ses qualités et en honnêteté sur les soudures qui au moins esthétiquement devraient être améliorées.
En somme à ce jour très bonne expérience que j espère continuer de ressentir dans les prochains mois/années.
Rdv cet hiver pour la révision des 500 kms offerte si je me souviens bien 🙂

Na een eerste grote trip met mijn Ahooga vouwfiets lukte het vouwen plots niet meer. Ik heb contact opgenomen met de klantendienst en kreeg het advies om langs de Flag Ship Store te gaan. Ik ben daar een paar dagen later langs geweest en het probleem was op twee minuten verholpen. Blijkbaar stond er iets niet goed afgesteld. Enige reden waarom geen 5 sterren geef is dat ik vanuit Antwerpen helemaal naar Brussel moest gaan. Een servicepunt per provincie zou handiger zijn voor de gebruikers 🙂

Wat een top fietsje. Nu ja. Het is een plooifiets die weinig weegt, maar daar stopt het verkleinwoord.
Los van het feit dat de fiets er ook nog geweldig uitziet, rijdt hij ook nog eens lekker.
Ik zocht voor mijn vrouw een plooifiets met verstelbaar stuur in hoogte +laag gewicht+makkelijk oplooibaar en weinig plaats nemend. Dat heeft ie dus allemaal.
Het bestellen ging vlot en 2 weken later werd hij thuis geleverd. Knap in deze tijden waar wachttijden van maanden geen uitzondering zijn.
Een aanrader.

Ravie! 7000km au compteur, rien à signaler. C'est un plaisir de conduire mon modular, chargé avec assistance et sans quand je suis légère grâce au 8 vitesses.
Si vous chercher un "cargo" super maniable il est pour vous.

Ich habe ein folding powerbike in Belgien bestellt. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und das bike innerhalb von 14 Tagen bei mir. Das bike ist sehr gut verarbeitet und optisch ein Hammer. Fahrspaß pur,einfach fun-tastisch. Kaufe noch eins für meine Frau

I love my electric Ahooga bike! When I had problems, it took sometimes a little while to resolve them, perhaps due to pandemic times. The service was always nice and helpful in the end.

Ich bin seit 4 Jahren glücklicher Fahrer eines elektrifizierten Foldings. Ursprünglich gekauft für die letzten Kilometer zwischen Bahnhof und Arbeitsplatz, benutze ich es mittlerweile auch für die meisten Alltagsfahrten. Die ersten Kinderkrankheiten wurden mir vom sehr freundlichen Team in Brüssel kuriert.
Jetzt hat meine Frau das Modular für ihren hügeligen alltäglichen Arbeitsweg und die Kurzstrecken angeschafft. Wir mögen beide das Hybridkonzept. Leichter, und wendiger als die meisten E-Bikes. Sehr hochwertige Verarbeitung und smarte Details.

Considering the 2 replies from Ahooga here is the original text, I forwarded to Ahooga, corrected, added and placed after these additional infos. (is this sentence clearer now for you, Ahooga team?!)
In addition I have to mention that te bike was paid in full in advance by creditcard!!!
The bills of Ahooga came way after delivery of the bike.
Delivery was also much later than announced in their advertising.
Given excuse was that "1 week delivery" (as officially announced) ment only "in Belgium"!
Of course this was not mentioned anywere.

Text to Ahooga Company (corrected for readability):
I ordered a "circular" bike from Ahooga directly, (low step) total price allmoust 2000,-€ (80 Euro shipping).
A 600,-€ China bike would have been the better decision.
2 times inspected (according to Ahooga), but rattling, squeeking, doublestand scratching on the rear tire after every doublestand use, not to mention the miserable equipment and extremely blocking pedaling.
I ruined a new pair of sportshoes, because the distance to the ground while pedaling is to short.
In fact because of the miserable, uneven and unstable pedaling it can become dangerous for your health (breaking your foot instead of shoe) or causing accidental contact with the ground. Also pedaling with this bike increased my knee-problems severely.
I almoust forgot to mention that this bike isn't even running straight not even downhill.
Also Ahooga tried to sneek out extra money twice from me with false extra bills !!!
For their "we dont believe"-remark, all there is to be said is that obviously their accounting is as bad as the bike and the service (unless it was done on purpose).

Bon vélo, bien qu’étagé bcp trop haut en vitesse. (Manque de petites vitesses pour les fortes côtes et à trop de vitesses rapides inexploitables pour les descentes)
Les sacoches vendues ne sont pas très bien adaptées, et frottent sur la roue arrière ce qui oblige à trouver une solution nous même.
Les conseils en magasins sont assez pauvres et se cantonnent souvent à juste vendre le vélo mais pas à aider à en faire un vélo familiale par exemple. Il manque le conseil, le service, le add-on. On doit se débrouiller en somme

J'ai trouvé mon bonheur chez Ahooga en découvrant le vélo urbain Modular qui comble mes attentes : électrique mais léger, donc utilisable même quand la batterie est à plat - porte bagage avant et siège avec marchepieds à l'arrière pour me balader avec ma femme dans les rues de Paris !
Tant le vélo que le service client dégagent un sentiment de qualité :)
Autre bon point, vélo conçu et assemblé en Belgique !

Bonjour, Je suis très content de mon achat, vélo assez léger pour un électrique. les balades de vélo en famille est devenu fréquente, surtout avec le siège enfant derrière, très pratique. mon fils là adopté des la première minute, actuellement il est dans le couloir, avec le guidon en rotation 90 °, pratique et ne dérange pas pour circuler, je recommande avec plaisir ce vélo.

Propriétaire d'un Ahooga Modular, je tiens à saluer l'équipe pour la qualité de leur vélo mais aussi pour le SAV. La boutique parisienne est tenue par un ingénieur de cette petite équipe à taille humaine. Malgré un travail monstrueux, Massimiliano est disponible, de bons conseils et arrangeant.
Je ne regrette en rien mon achat et je tire mon chapeau à toute l'équipe, en particulier à Massimiliano pour ses conseils et sa sympathie.

This would be 5 stars if I got feedback automatically from the system, rather than not knowing where my order is and having to chase up. Because the product is excellent, and your service staff are excellent when I do chase up. And I nearly forgot the best in class packaging that my product came in, re-using a suitable box, 10 out of 5 stars.

Mooie en kwaliteitsvolle fietsen! Modulair is superhandig om te switchen van woon-werk modus naar een fiets waar je met een fietsstoel en mandje de kids naar school kan brengen. Na 3 jaar is de fiets nog steeds even snel en gaat de batterij nog steeds goed mee! Zeer tevreden dus
