Unbelievable disappointed it is Adidas…

Unbelievable disappointed it is Adidas NZ. Ordered $174 items from the official online shop on 23 Oct 20. It showed packed on 28th then sit for dispatching till Nov 10. We still haven't received our items for 20 days ago. Adidas doesn’t care about customers. Very regrettable to spend money on them. Such a poor delivery service.

Really poor customer service.
hard to get intouch with.
And something as small as a email address amendment cannot to be done.
Waiting times to speak to someone is long, and then when you eventually get through they cannot help with your query.

0 stars. TBC: i made an order with reebok NZ Oct 5 and they charged me the next day. warning messages said it would take 15-21 days to deliver. 21 days later no email confirmation/updates of order being shipped at all. i chased up reebok, their email contact is bogus because it was bounced back. i message adidas via messenger and they haven't responded. the NZ website orders come from Australia and they've had the covid delay and warehouse changing messages there for /months/. Orders just sit, credit cards charged but NO update on the parcel or shipping tracking info. i chased down Adidas nz and Reebok Fb pages they take days to reply and dont do anything else helpful to push your order out for an actual estimated delivery date. I have orders from the USA that deliver faster than this service. they've got even less flights to this side of the world...

Update 5/11: I FB messaged Adidas and they responded saying it takes 7 days to clear customs due to covid delays and less flights. To me that is pretty poor. What happens after this clearance? does it still sit with them for another 7 days?
Will ask for a refund see if they bite. Adidas has responded quickly tonight (5/11) and says I should see a refund 1-3 days and gave me a bank reference. Refund has appeared on my Paypal as well. I appreciated the quick response here. I have asked them to cancel my order as well. I highly recommend FB messaging Adidas instead of Reebok. Likely they're the same team anyway.

Overall:
- I was left in the dark for 21+ days (counting today it is exactly 30 days since they charged me for my order). No email updates. No notifications. Slow responses. Mismatching shipping partner information.
- I had to find out about my order via Adidas, not over Reebok. And it was via FB MESSENGER too, not email. not live chat. what if a customer doesnt use FB how would they ever hope to know about their order?
- Yes, I know it's covid delays etc but they're leaving their customers in the dark with 0 notifications and updates. Where is the communication mate?
- Highly recommend FB messaging Adidas instead of Reebok.

I understand less flights etc but if there is going to be a 30+ day wait they should let us know whats going on every detail update us for god's sake its holiday season we're already anxious enough so let us know so we can stay /informed/ and feel better about you, about us. And, give us the option to cancel our order or whatever quickly so we don't feel like we are being left and ultimately scammed becos you know what, its the anxiety man, no one /wants/ to feel like they're being scammed esp not by Adidas, a well known company. So please don't leave us in the dark or customers won't be coming back. Get your customer communications correct Adidas NZ + Reebok NZ.

Disrespect with the customer

F*ucking poor company, after 1 month (yes 1 month) processing my order (even I have already paid it) they just email me canceling the order due to short stock. It obvious why Nike, Puma, and EVEN UnderArmour are much better than ADIDAS. SH*******T

Took weeks to package and ship. 15 plus days once it was with their useless German delivery company. Emails not answered, chat and calls useless and took literally hours.
20 days later I get told they were returned to the warehouse, but will reship, a week later they tell me they have cancelled the order.

One star because there is no lower option. I googled predator boots was taken to adidas Nz and bought them. No warning of delivery times was displayed. I have been waiting two weeks and still nothing. I have called the number supplied but a voice states it not available in this country? I have emailed twice and assured a reply in 24 hrs. I have also had a live chat referencing this but they are either a robot or a person trying to be a robot repeating company policy. It has been 120 hrs and am still waiting. The shop is ten mins away but they cannot help. Do yourself a favour and avoid this non caring, arrogant, pathetic company and get some real customer service elsewhere. Your service adidas is derisory and you have wasted my time way too much on this matter. I have been exclusive adidas for over 30 years. I will look for an alternative in the future. I am truly amazed and appalled by your terrible service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EBER

Didn't receive the shoes for 3 weeks and then they took the money out of my account twice, I contacted them about it and they said it was "just an authorisation hold" but the second time they took the money out it was 3 weeks later. Were super rude to me, didn't treat me like a human but more like a robot and kept repeating the same sentence to me without giving me an explanation and refusing to refund me.

Appalling.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed my order on 29 April, it is now 9 June and I still haven't received them. I was told it would 14-21 business days for delivery but it was only SHIPPED after 6 weeks wait on 2 June. They then transferred my shoes to the delivery company and despite an expected arrival of 6 June, I have still not received it. I requested a refund while my order was still processing but they were unable to give it to me even though they had not even PACKED my order. All they could offer was a 40% off voucher for my next purchase which could only be online and expired after a month. I declined it as I never want to shop with adidas again. What a joke to think I would want to place another online order. These shoes better fit because I shudder to think of their returns process. Utterly disappointed in this company and disgusted in the lack of competence.

I made an online order on the 9th may 2020 they said my order will take 40 business days due to covid 19 Whatever so i ask them since they have not dispatched the order from the warehouse if i can get a refund instead they said no because the order is complete i said but its not coz you havent even packed it to be sent to me?i told them i want to esculate it and i am yet to receive an email from the manager cant get ahold of anyone on the phone number provided very PATHETIC for a big labelled company never again will i shop with them EVER

Wishing to cancel online order

Wishing to cancel online order. Have waited far too long without being able to contact customer support regarding this issue. My order tracking status says my order hasnt even being picked or packed yet ordered 4th May. Stores have been open for a week and a half, clubs and bars are open already, yet Adidas site says due to covid19 regulations they cant answer the phone? Reason given for late deliveries are due to their distributor yet orders havent been packed. This is unacceptable and would like a full refund and cancel this order asap so that I can walk into a physical store to purchase.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, LIES

Ordered some ultraboosts on the 17th of march, got an email 9 days later on the 26th of march telling me there has been a delay with the shipping of my order, again on the 30th i receive another email saying they encountered multiple technical issues at their warehouse and that my order would be cancelled.
I get another email on the 3rd of april saying my order has been cancelled and I am yet to get a refund
They also told me that they also couldn’t send my order due to “stock shortages” but I was able to order them in my size and it said they were in stock.
Horrible service, I expected better for such a big company.
I just want my shoes or my money back!!!

THE Worst online shopping experience EVER!

I placed my order on the 13th of March 2020. On next Tuesday (17th), I contacted their online chat support for the first time, they told me it will be shipped next day on Wednesday. I waited till Friday before I contacted again. The guy told me it's being packed and will be sent out on the same day. Still, no dispatch, so I contacted on Friday night again, they told me due to labeling issue it will be sent next week. On the 23rd, I contacted again, they told me it's being packed and will be shipped out today (AGAIN!). I specifically asked him "can you confirm that it will be sent today as I was told it would've dispatched last week?" and he replied " Yes, it will definitely be shipped according to the system". Wait and wait and guess what? No dispatch, that really p!ssed me off so I decided to send a complain email to them, and OMG their online email service is not working and not allowing me to send the bloody email! This really is totally a joke, and I can't believe it's from Adidas's official website. Don't get me wrong, I am OK to wait as long as you letting me know but Adidas How DARE you lied to your customer over,over, over and over again! This really is THE (not one of the) worst online shopping experience ever.

***UPDATE***
on the 30th of March. I emailed them regarding my order and here's what they replied
"We would like to let you know that we encountered multiple technical issue with our warehouse which has been successfully resolved on March 25, 2020.
As of the moment, our warehouse team members are doing their best to complete orders accordingly.
Your order should be dispatched anytime soon. You will be receiving an email once this order has been shipped out."

and they told me my order is cancelled due to stock
shortage.
Totally waste of time. be careful when you placing any order from this scam-like company or you will end up like me. I guess i will be battling with them for the next month to get my money back.

Worst first time experience

If it was up to me I wouldn't even give them one star. ADIDAS NZ YOU'RE A JOKE !!! I ordered a pair of shoes for my toddler almost 2 weeks ago. Hadn't received any update on shipping which is already a big fail. Then yesterday they decide to cancel my item because "APPARENTLY" they're out of stock.. like wth.. wouldn't you email the person and let them know what had happened before cancelling the order. I called up customer service and the dude had no idea what was going on. I'm furious. First off, I don't know why it's still showing online as in stock when obviously they're out of stock. Two, I'm disappointed that they cancelled my order instead of letting me know what was going on.. and lastly, I'm not happy with customer service. The page is a fraud and the people have no idea what's goin on.
