low quality products
Expensive but very low quality trainers that fall apart after a few week, customer service is no help. ashame adidas quality control is so bad. Stay away from this brand, I for sure will never buy adidas again.
Very slow order fulfilment
I have to echo a lot of what has already been said. Tracking the order, it took 4 days to pack and then 14 to deliver - coming from Auckland to Wellington. That is a very poor turnaround from order to delivery. My expectation was 5 days or less. Would go elsewhere next time.
On the plus side, I followed their sizing guide to the letter, and my trainers fit perfectly and are very comfortable to wear.
Adidas is a JOKE
Adidas is beyond a joke! From the date of purchase to when my order was actually shipped is just fxxking disgusting. AND im still waiting for it to be delivered! It sat idle for way too long before anything was done. I expect much more from such a known company. Im extremely disgusted in the s**t service you guys obviously continue to dish out. I would give 0 stars if I could!
Absolute worst online shopping…
Absolute worst online shopping experience EVER !! If I could give no stars, I would. Even one star is being generous. I thought adidas, being a reputable company, would be easy to deal with for online shopping, but I should have checked the reviews here before proceeding. My experience is largely the same as everyone else. Placed an order on 15 December 2022. Kept showing as ‘order accepted, waiting to be packed’. Basically online support is nonexistent, tried messaging them via Facebook Messenger to get an update, but no response. Three weeks later get a message saying my order can not be fulfilled therefore is being cancelled. No explanation as to why. This is despite them continuing to offer what I had purchased in their Boxing Day sale. I’m guessing then, that they would be cancelling a lot of orders and will have a lot of extremely disappointed customers.
Happy for 2yrs now Miserable service
Ive ordered many times in the last 2yrs without any issues. However my current order placed on 19th November seems to have dissapeared??? Ive an email saying its delayed please wait a further 7x days. Another email saying arriving on Dec 24th. Then when I try the tracker number it says no such order. I try again over and over and now apparently its arriving 30th December 2022. At this point I just want my money back !!

Website and App Horrific!
The whole website and app are a shambles - it lets me select an item and then when I go to view bag it says the bag is empty - I then add again and again and finally it lets me look at my bag that has 13 items in which I don't want - I then have to get rid of them and then its doesn't let me checkout - I went to its customer service and I might as well talk to the dog! Horrendously bad for an international company
“Lost my order in their system”
“Lost my order in their system” took 2 weeks of getting a hold of them for them to find it before it was sent and now I have to wait another 12 working days? Absolutely pathetic service, would never buy from their direct website again and would advise anyone else not to.
Dodgy online sales
Dodgy online sales, two separate orders accepted and paid for online, both cancelled a few days later as they didn’t have stock. Very very slow to process a refund. Still not refunded a week later so I will hopefully get my money back and NEVER deal with these clowns again. Looking at their web site it’s a book of excuses, simple fact is their online sales / stock process is flawed, if they take your money then just fulfill that sales obligation, it’s really that simple (for most online retailers)
Stressful return process
Stressful return process. Trying to return within the 14 days (of receiving goods but took ages to arrive) and I have no confidence I will get my $ back. They use Poste Haste which is by far the worse courier company that took three days of phones calls to get them to pick up and also don't provide tracking options. Absolute nightmare compared to other online companies. They won't respond to my email about they dodgy 14 day policy when their chosen courier company is causing delays!!
A beyond disappointing experience...
A beyond disappointing experience with Adidas returns. Items did not fit and requested a refund. It was already a little questionable in the first place that they need 21-28 business days to refund my money. Furthermore, they passed the timeframe for my refund and when I called them up, they had the audacity to say that they passed the timeframe and offered no apology. They even told me that they will send me an email regarding the refund but none was given in the end.

Why does online shopping app so slow to proceed to next stage once you have added item to the bag which are on sale, as soon as I added one item which not on sale it quickly takes me to the payment stage.

Purchased an item from Dallas Texas (Not Adidas) a while ago, arrived in NZ in 1 week and delivered a couple of days later, they used DHL most impressed. Perhaps Adidas need to look for a new shipping partner
Awful experience with Adidas NZ
Placed an online order for a Xmas Gift on 22/11/21,item shows shipping out 29/11/21,no updates online then.Checked on 15Dec online shock to find the parcel was delivered 11:38am 14 Dec. Get online help to investigate and later they called back saying it was due to the company mis-address the parcel to 55 Mt Albert Rd. The call center staff even suggested us to go there and get the shoes back by ourselves???! Reject and insist it should be handle in a formal way. Later the driver got only the box of shoes back,the occupants @that addr opened the package, destroyed out package,tried them on, destroy the invoice that had our personal info.Place a formal complaint about this horrible experience waiting their result

This is terrible I placed a $517 order on the 26th of November after reading the reviews I doubt it’ll turn up before Xmas, it’s almost embarrassing leaving a poor review about a global brand people have used for decades, maybe a big reshuffle or new management may be the go for adidas NZ as the service is seriously shameless .
