Worst service ever. Shipping took ages to arrive. Customer service non-existent because they are no help at all.

I would definitely advise against ordering anything from this Adidas NZ online. Someone previously calling them a "total scam" is absolutely correct.
I placed and paid for my order using PayPal on the 8th of July. Had to chase when I heard nothing after 3 weeks. Tried numerous times to get them on the phone and gave up after 20 mins of being on hold. Finally got through and there was some issue with stock, so the order was cancelled. I am still waiting for my refund despite being promised that it would be paid by now. Emails are now going unanswered. It is now 18th of August. How can a company of this size operate like this? Taking people's money and not supplying the goods.
Atrocious Service
To call customer service for Adidas NZ atrocious would be flattery! I ordered a pair of shoes 3 months ago and despite numerous attempts to contact Adidas via their Facebook chat and telephone I am none the wiser as to when I will receive said shoes. Every time I call I am told they would have to follow up with the relevant department and I would receive an update 24-48 hours only to never hear from them again. I have spent hours on their dedicated Facebook messenger chat and phone line to trace this order to no avail. If I didn't know better I'd think I had fallen for a con artist and not a reputable company... never again will I order through this website.
Worst ever customer service
Worst ever customer service. Getting impossible to do returns. Only way is to call them and no one is answering their phones. Last return sent in April, now july and no refund.

The worst online experience ever- ordered a pair of NMD shoes-10 days later revived weightlifting shoes??? Called up and explained they asked me to return them 10 days later called again- they couldn’t confirm if have received wrong shoes back- call again confirmed have shoes and will refund 1-3 days- call back again no refund coming up to 7 weeks… yeah you read it 7 weeks and still no refund no error of mine no shoes no money- Adidas NZ sort your S**T out- thinking about legal action now.

If I could give 0 stars I would. More than 2 months to get a 1/2 refunds. Packages got sent together. Still chasing refund 2/2. The most painful process.

Absolute rubbish Customer Experience!!!!
Weightlifting shoes ordered. waited 2 weeks with no update. Got in contact with them via there bullocks messenger chat. Advised there was a stuff up at warehouse and order should be on its way in 2 days. Wait another week, got in touch on their chat, now advised that order has been cancelled because there wasn't any stock!!! Waiting for my refund for over 2 weeks, and the whole time the shoes have been shown in stock on their website... DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ADIDAS!! YOU WILL BE DISAPOINTED.

It is now 37 days without my shoes being shipped. I have tried calling them and tried the online chat. I have currently been on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes. This is ridiculous, I am going to call my bank tomorrow and ask them to reverse the payment - if that is possible. I am so over it. Never ordering direct from them again. Edit - got through to someone on the phone after waiting for 2 hours and they now say the shoe was out of stock, but they are still advertising it. Waiting for the return of my money, the saga continues.

Extremely slow shipping after order made about 10 days ago still no sign of item been shipped, customer service line seem like never have people answer, here is the update it give me a false hope that it said will be shipped within a week after making contact with for 3 times, each averagely take 50 mins now it informed you the order is cancelled due to inefficient stock. Will never purchase from adidas again

Delivery time is unknown once when you purchase, I bought my item on NZ Adidas website week ago and still waiting for delivery, what a joke company!

Very dissatisfied
Ordered May 30 2023 still haven’t received the item yet. Contacted the shipping company as per instructions. Unfortunately, the shipping company hasn’t received the item yet. I contacted the chat support from Adidas NZ and they have told me that it have been delivered on June 11 2023. I told them that I have contacted Posthaste and DB Schenker and I still have the same response that they don’t have the item. Now I am trying to call the customer support. They have dropped the call everytime.

I vowed I wouldn't order from Adidas again several years ago due to slow service. Succumbed to a lovely pair of trackpants recently, alas the fit not good on me, so back they go. Ordered 15.3.23, refunded 19.5.23 took over 2 months and I had to ring them to find out where the refund was. Again so disappointed that a Company of this size is performing so badly in the return/refund area. Meanwhile no end of promotional material keeps arriving in my inbox....

Bad. Delivery of online purchases take over a month to get to you. My order was booked for pick up from their site TWO weeks after placing the order. Would not recommend buying online from this company. I’m still waiting to get my purchase!

I will never order online from adidas again. I returned a jacket that was not the right size. It took over 6 weeks for me to get a refund and that’s with me persistently calling them. There were no follow up emails. My feelings is that if you don’t constantly call them they will never return your money

Do not purchase online from Adidas!!!!!! - Worst delivery service I've experienced. Eight days and still not collected by the courier. Almost laughable if I wasn't so angry about it. Purchased for my son for his rugby season start thinking maybe a couple of days - 3 at most.unlikelys looking unlikely he'll have them in two weeks. So two games missed. Adidas you should be able to do better. Never again, signed - lost customer.
Twelve days later…
Twelve days after placing order, it still has not left the warehouse. I happened to order another product from another business coming from the same city, in Australia to be sent to NZ, which arrived six days later. No excuse for this really. Won’t be buying from adidas again, not even sure my order will ever be sent.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience! Purchased a $350 jacket & eventually got delivered a random t-shirt. Still waiting for the t-shirt to be picked up & refunded. They will not deliver what I actually ordered, only offering a refund which I am yet to see. Would never purchase from them again.
