I’ve only had my watch for about four weeks and love the freedom it gives me as I know it’ll keep me safe in my home and when I’m out and about. The only problem I’m having is that I have accidentally made four calls for help by simply shaking towels too hard and, on one occasion, playing with a dog too enthusiastically! The people who responded did so quickly and very pleasantly and accepted my apologies and explanations cheerfully. I think, however, that I may ask for the falls option to be suspended for the time being and rely on being able to make a call for help if it’s needed.

Purchasing a your stride was seamless, but I have noticed that often when I am out and about I don't have a signal, that was one of my main reasons for changing from my previous alarm.
shame YOUR stride cannot be warn in the shower, that's where many falls happen.

The teams response to fall detection is instant and though ,sofar, all have been unnecessary detection, the team interaction with my apologies has always been extremely friendly and reassuring.

They are customer friendly on the phone and deal well with elderly people without being patronising. I was very impressed with the watch.
The only problem I had was several instances of false fall alarms when I brushed against something. Eventually I switched fall detention off and was delighted to receive £18 credit. I still have the option of hitting the call for help button if necessary after a fall.
Overall a promising start.

It gives confidence knowing is I have a fall or am unwell I can contact someone even when my mobile is'nt close. My only regret is I can't see the time on my watch without pressing button.

I’ve actually given 5 stars recently and I still rate YourStride 5 stars. Good quality watch, good communication from customer care and gives really great peace of mind when you have mobility issues.

Attractive watch. Doesn’t look out of place on my wrist. I’ve had it just under a week and it definitely gives me confidence especially as I have poor balance. I’ve also been told by my GP to regularly check my heart rate and BP. I opted for “fall detector” and asked for it to be set at “medium”. However one night I set the alarm when getting back into bed after a bathroom visit. I quickly cancelled the alarm and have now changed the setting to “low”. One concern I have is my wrist is sore, red and itchy and wonder if I’m allergic to the silicone. I hope not because I really thought this watch was a good purchase for me, so much so that I’ve already recommended YourStride to friends.

Saw advert on tele and being on my own with my son hundred of miles away and have serious balance issues thought I would give them a try.
Have set alarm off a few times by mistake. Lady on the end of phone very understanding.

My father has had a Your Stride watch and associated subscription for just over 2 years. In that time he has experienced two emergency situations, the most recent one being a stroke.
The Your Stride team are very professional and dealt with both situations brilliantly, ensuring both the emergency services and his emergency contacts were alerted immediately and given all the necessary information.
The watch is easy to use and gives both my father and us confidence that he can live as independently as possible but that help is at hand should he require it.
Fabulous company!

Only one problem: digit “6” not easily distinguished from digit “8”. Easily solved!
