Nice and smooth process,
Did not require much energy from my side.

Monique was extremely helpful and generous with her time and walking with me through each stage of the process. Felt she really cared about getting the best outcome for me. It seems like you are genuinely interested in a more personal Taylor profile versus a three factor formula most banks are using.

Worked very hard for us even though we were not your average lender.

Antonia went above and beyond for us, was incredibly dilligent and onto it, we had a non standard loan situation and Yard made it possible for us to finally get our first home. All communicatiom with Yard has been human and real and we were really in good hands. Could not recommend enough, and I will to anyone I know.
