Dealt with Meghan. An incredibly incompetent broker who failed more times than I can count on my fingers to deliver on promises. 3 months after my initial enquiry, with endless information and forms completed, and I find myself still without pre-approval and restarting the process with another broker. Prices have escalated dramatically over this time. You cannot contact them at all as it just rings out (ask yourself what sort of business doesn't have a receptionist), you get long winded replies to messages that look like they're based from a template or constructed with AI, and you can't even leave a complaint. I'm convinced most of the reviews on here are fake and I would ask yourself if you really deserve the hassle like this once you've paid a deposit and need something more than a pre-approval - good luck.

Shruti our broker had a huge task with what i needed, as most places said it was impossible. Moved really fast and did a great job. I couldn't have asked for a better broker, thank you yard, especially Shruti.

Meghan and the yard team were great to deal with. In a market where other lenders seem to not have basic lending skills, Meghan was exceptional throughout the process, clear on the process and communication. Working via longer term contracts seem an issue for other lenders but no issue for yard, plus the rate was great. Would highly recommend.

Meghan was amazing. This was a tricky loan to get with a lot of moving parts. Meghan never gave up and her optimism helped give me focus in what was a long but ultimately successful process. Yard was extremely helpful in securing us finance for a complex loan involving a rural property as well as refinance.
