Really excellent service. I received my PRS guitar in perfect condition, tested and set up with photos shared. The service I received gave me a lot of confidence and when the guitar arrived, very quickly I might add, I certainly was not disappointed!

I would recommend Zebra Musik .The shop has a good range of guitars. From new strings to buying your new guitar, they provide a friendly and professional service.
Nothing is too much for them and the after service is excellent. If you want a straight forward, welcoming comprehensive service, it is well worth travelling from afar to Zebra Musik for you guitar and associated needs.

Bought a guitar online from Zebramuzik, and the experience was spot on. Rob called me to explain that during pre-despatch checkover he had found a small mark on the guitar and as it was the last one of that model that they had, would I still like to go ahead? He sent me a photo of the "damage" and I couldn't even see it! I still had to look very closely, even when it arrived.
This proves two points:
Firstly, Rob has way better eyesight than I do! And secondly, even on a comparatively low value order, these guys take plenty of care and attention with everything to make sure they deliver for their customers.
He even included a set of strings to make up for the "Inconvenience!"
I believe it's a family business, which would explain it. I wish them every success and would happily buy from Rob and Zebramusik again. Top guys. And I've dealt with many big shops, being a guitar tech for a well known band.

My third guitar has now been set up and restrung at Zebramusik and all 3 guitars are now playing perfectly, now that they have all be sorted by Zebra. The guitars are very well cleaned and I can’t imagine that they could play or look any better. The price for the set up’s is also great value for money, so I can’t recommend them enough. I wouldn’t take a guitar anywhere else.
