Great small business delivering a personalised experience who were really helpful through every step of purchasing process!!

Zebra muzik were very knowlegable, approachable and helpful. They gave me the opportunity to try different guitars in a quiet room in the shop, allowing plenty of time for me to make a decision about which one to buy. This was valuable as I wanted to find a guitar I felt comfy playing. I chose the Tanglewood acoustic guitar, as I felt it made a good sound and had a narrow fingerboard ideal for my small fingers!
I also purchased a case, stand and strap for the guitar, plus they threw in a few free picks too!
They advised me that they offer a replacement string service at a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to take my guitar there if and when I need new strings.

Having made an online order I was contacted by email and phone to clarify a couple of things. Great comms and friendly customer service. The item received was carefully packed and all for a very competitive price. All round great experience - would recommend!!

Amazing, first class service from Rob and everyone at Zebra Muzik. Guitar was shipped super fast, great comms from point of sale all the way through to delivery. The guitar was even serviced/tuned before sending out so it was ready to play straight out of the box.

Superb customer service. I ordered a new guitar and within minutes received a personal order confirmation and a photo to show the set up being carried out on the guitar pre-shipping.
I live relatively local to the shop so the owner offered to drop it off the very same afternoon. From purchase to door within 4 hours, can't get any better than that!

What an excellent service from this shop. That's one of the upsides of buying from a smaller independent I guess, you get a far more personal experience, even online. Rob was superb, sent me pics of the item I was looking to order, took time to have it nicely set up. Just a really nice guy to deal with. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Terrific all round.
