Great customer service from Rob when a technical issue happened with the payment for my new guitar. Rob sorted everything out straight away without question. Highly recommend this music shop.

The quality of service I received from Ilkeston-based Zebra Music was exemplary; the best I've ever experienced with a UK guitar store.

Firstly, I was able to strike a great deal for a PRS speaker cabinet. Rob at Zebra could not have been more communicative with frequent updates. And the item arrived next day!

Zebra Music is worthy of more than 5 stars and should be supported by the UK guitar community.
