One thing you don't often see in this day and age is a nice personal, hand written message on the invoice, from the owner, thanking me for my purchase, and hoping I will enjoy my new guitar! I certainly am!

I was searching for a keenly priced PRS McCarty 594, specifically in vintage cherry. Found what I was looking for at Zebra Muzik. From the conversation I had they seem to stock quite a range of PRS guitars. They were very friendly, polite and helpful from the beginning of my enquiry through to a rapid delivery. A seamless transaction. They might be a small independent company but their pricing and customer service are A1. Others should take note! Thank you, Zebra Muzik!

I recently bought a guitar from Zebra Muzik. I was not planning on buying one, was just enjoying the opportunity to try out a few different guitars while in store, I was encouraged to try out whichever guitars I liked the look of. The person at the desk was very friendly and was happy to answer any questions I had about the instruments, which helped encourage me to purchase a very nice second-hand guitar. Overall was a very pleasant experience and will happily return for my future guitar-related purchases & servicing requirements.

This is such a wonderful family run business. I ordered a guitar from them 2 weeks ago and it arrived quickly and securely packaged. They were quick to respond in email and even gave the guitar an inspection and setup before dispatching it. Independent music stores like this are what we need more of in comparison to the bigger brands. I'll definitely consider supporting them next time I need equipment!

Really excellent service. I received my PRS guitar in perfect condition, tested and set up with photos shared. The service I received gave me a lot of confidence and when the guitar arrived, very quickly I might add, I certainly was not disappointed!
