I called on 9 October. 23 minutes on the phone. I had to call because Your Repair's website had a fault preventing me from accessing the payment page. During the call, I signed up to the Heating policy starting from 23 October.
Yet I have received no email from Your Repair attaching my policy.
I asked that Your Repair reply by email.
I received a group of emails. Your Repair had mistyped my email, claimed the error had now been corrected and I could now access my policy online. Yet when I clicked on the link to the Policy, I was directed to the website and required to log in. My email address was not recognised so I could not log in. I have had to send another Complaint email.

I have been a customer for over 4 years and the way i have been treated in these last few weeks has been disgusting!!

Your repair was happy to leave a 4 year old without hot water and heating for 3 days in a storm!!
The so called gas engineer that visited did not even take the boiler cover off and was told he did not authority to do this after I had ro pay £95 out for him to come.

I have had to seek additional help
And pay out for a private contractor to help us and whenever i call up for help get told “ we are not an emergency company!”

So i ask the question what company thinks is accetable to leave an vulnerable 4 year old without heating or hot water in a storm and having to sleep with ear defenders as she was terrified of the loud noise!!!

Easy to set up, recommended by a family member. After an outrageous 65% increase from British Gas on a 4 year old boiler and no call outs, I got this at a competitive price locked in for 3 years so no nasty surprises for the next few years.

They are a really good company always ready to help. I have been with them for a few years and have never had a problem. Highly recommended.

We have had no hot water or central heating for over 4 weeks now!! We have had 2 engineers come and see our boiler the first engineer said he would return, and arranged to come back and fix it 5 days after his initial visit, He never turned up, and he would not answer our calls.

The second engineer came out 3 times, each time stating the boiler needed different parts replacing, which he did, STILL no hot water!!! He came out today and has now advised that the system needs flushing and a new filter fitting which he doesn’t do!!!

We are now over 4 weeks later, we have NO access to hot water or heating and it’s now getting really cold outside. We are Absolutely disgusted and incensed by the total lack of inadequate service we have received, we are no further forward than we were 4 weeks ago, my question is, why did he need replace 2 parts, that obviously didn’t need replacing anyway?!!

! I have had to chase your repair every time the engineer came out to ensure we weren’t just left!! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Our experience has been absolutely horrendous, It’s disgusting we have been left now without any resolution and no access to hot water or heating still.

The engineer messaged us to let us know that the flushing service isn’t covered on our policy, which is fair enough, The thing that is totally unacceptable is that we haven’t even been contacted by your repair to advise or discuss this matter with us, or provide us with any help in finding another engineer who offers the boiler flushing service. It’s Totally unacceptable that they just leave people like this

Arrangements were easy. Whether it's good value remains to be seen.

I rang regarding my renewal. I had a call back within 10 minutes. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and understanding. I have been with the company a number of years and always found their customer service very good. It’s always good to be able to speak to someone which is quite rare these days.

Terrible company. They have auto renewal on with extortionate costs.

I was overseas with the British Army with limited comms - when i got back to the UK - I tried to cancel my contract and they didn't care.

When i said I would go to the ombudsman - they laughed and said we’re not regulated.

Really quick response to my repair, the engineer almost immediately identified the problem and repair done right away. The Engineers (Kosiwarm) were polite and friendly. A great service.

Excellent customer service, really friendly person at the end of a phone talking through all the options and answering all questions fully. Would definitely recomend
