Were on day 7 with a leaking boiler
Were on day 7 with a leaking boiler, no hot water and no heating. This is unacceptable. I have emailed and sent whatsapps also.
Constantly calling hometree daily with the same answer we will get back to you asap and nobody does.
My mum spoke to a lady today on the phone who was rude and has no customer service skills to deal with an upset pensioner who just wants a hot shower. Its basic needs.
Were sat here cold and with no option to shower or access to hot water.
If this is not resolved today we have no option but to take this to a small claims court sadly.
My parents were promised excellent boiler cover which they are paying for monthly and excellent customer service we have had nothing but upset and no help at all.
Poor service and my mum is extermely upset today.
We need help!

The engineer explained what he had done and what he had found. He was very pleasant and efficient. The booking service was easy and I received text reminders and a phone call the day before.

Disappointing time taken from reporting through to repair
The communication and service we received from the customer service agents was very good, as was the engineer repair.
However, for a relatively simple repair (that had previously been reported), it was very disappointing to have no hot water/heating for 3 weeks.
Special mention to the engineer Peter at Cheshire Heating Solutions for his diligence and efficiency in both identifying the problem and carrying out the repair.
