Nuestra experiencia con YES Car Hire ha sido excelente desde el primer contacto.
Antes de viajar intercambié varios correos con ellos porque tenía dudas sobre el depósito, las tarjetas aceptadas y algunos detalles de la reserva. Siempre respondieron con rapidez, amabilidad y mucha claridad. Incluso modificaron nuestra reserva para adaptarla a nuestro horario y evitar un coste adicional, lo cual agradecimos mucho.
Quiero hacer una mención especial a Nuno, que nos atendió tanto en la recogida como en la devolución del vehículo. En ambas ocasiones fue muy profesional, amable y cercano, haciendo que todo el proceso fuera rápido y sencillo.
El coche estaba en perfectas condiciones y durante toda nuestra estancia en el Algarve funcionó de maravilla. En el momento de la devolución, Nuno revisó el vehículo con nosotros y confirmó que todo estaba correcto y en perfecto estado, entregándonos el justificante correspondiente, por lo que el proceso terminó con total tranquilidad.
En este momento solo estamos a la espera de que se libere la preautorización del depósito, algo que entendemos es el procedimiento habitual y que normalmente tarda unos pocos días, por lo que no tenemos ninguna preocupación al respecto.
Viajábamos con nuestros dos hijos y mi madre, así que para nosotros era muy importante contar con una empresa seria y de confianza. Gracias a YES Car Hire pudimos disfrutar de nuestras vacaciones sin ningún contratiempo.
Sin duda volveremos a alquilar con ellos cuando regresemos al Algarve y los recomendaremos a cualquier persona que busque un servicio profesional, transparente y de confianza. ¡Muchas gracias, especialmente a Nuno y a todo el equipo!

Great experience! The whole rental process was quick, easy, and stress-free. Everything was explained clearly before I picked up the car. There were no queues at all, unlike other rental companies. Pick-up and return were both fast and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this company!

Everything was good except for an extra 30eur after 20:00 car collection fee, which was communicated via an A4 stuck.to the office wall. I got there at 20:15.

Regarding the €30 out-of-hours collection fee, we would like to clarify that this charge is clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions, as well as on all booking confirmation vouchers. Our office operating hours end at 20:00, and any vehicle collection after this time requires a member of our team to remain available outside normal working hours.
To ensure that customers arriving on later flights can still collect their vehicles conveniently, we offer this out-of-hours service whenever possible. However, due to the additional staffing and operational requirements involved, the associated fee applies.
We appreciate your feedback and hope this explanation provides some clarity. Thank you again for your trust, and we hope to welcome you back on a future visit to Portugal.

Très bonne expérience avec cette entreprise locale. Réservation sans pré paiement, tarif très correct avec assurance incluse (205€ la semaine en juin). Voiture propre et ne consommant pas beaucoup. Tout a été fluide, l’employé vient à votre rencontre sur le parking pour la restitution. Je recommande.
