Outstanding service
Had a great experience renting from these guys. I unfortunately lost my rental car keys, and Yes Car Hire’s response was outstanding. I was driving away in a replacement car in less than two hours from reporting the loss. A no nonsense, no frills service - with very attentive, professional staff.

Great value, great service
We booked a car in Portugal with Yes car hire, which we picked up from Faro airport. The staff were friendly and efficient, and we were shown to our car very quickly. It was pretty new, in really good condition and very clean. Their fuel policy meant we had a full tank of fuel, very helpful when landing in a new country and not having to then find a petrol station, we just had to return it full. There is a free second driver, which is a real bonus. When we returned the car, the staff were waiting and it took literally 5 minutes to complete the handover. Very good value, great staff, would definitely use again.

Fahrzeug entsprechend der Klasse und in guten bis sehr guten Zustand.Unkomplizierte Abwicklung bei Abholung und Rückgabe. Rückabwicklung der Kaution ist zügig erfolgt. Top! Empfehlung in Faro
Wir haben im März/April 2026 einen Kleinwagen in Faro am Flughafen gemietet und hatten keinerlei Probleme. Sowohl Abholung, als auch Abgabe liefen schnell, professionell und problemlos. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, kein Aufschwatzen von Versicherungen, Kaution wurde nach Rückgabe automatisch auf die Kreditkarte zurück gebucht. Auto (Citroen C30) hatte keine technischen Mängel und war in einem guten Zustand. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei YES Car Hire buchen.

We had a very smooth experience. Right from instructions on where to go to collect car.
We had a very new car, seat Ibiza. Was very clean, no damage or marks!
Very quick process in completing paperwork, payment etc.
Simple instructions on how to get out of car park, and what you needed to do on return.
We will be hiring again from this company.
