My parcel arrived within a few days and the bands are fantastic. There is a great variety of colours and styles. They fit my wrist perfectly and are extremely comfortable to wear. Will definitely be a return shopper to Wizeband 🙂

I have purchased 6+ bands and have been very satisfied with all of them. I did have a fading issue with a black metal band and contacted customer service and sent photos of the problem. They responded in a very timely manner and backed their product by sending me a new replacement. This is the kind of company you want to patron and be a repeat customer! Excellent product and excellent customer service!

I ordered a loop Apple watch band
I ordered a loop Apple watch band. It took forever to be delivered and is too large. I contacted the company and it took days for them to respond and then they asked me to send a video proving that my watch band was too large. I did that and then it took days for them to respond again and they stated that it looked fine. Do not believe it when they say free exchanges or refunds and that they have a full time customer service team. It's all a scam. I would never ever buy anything from this company again.

Very good costumer service
Very good costumer service. I had a problem with my shipping address and I wrote to their support- got an answer after 1.5 hours- very quickly, the customer support was very responsive and helpful . Solved my problem in one email.

Wonderful customer service!
Emily was amazing ! She was quick to respond to my issues and she provided excellent customer service. I needed to return a watchband and she provided credit for it. I just ordered a different watchband. I would recommend purchasing items from them as their reps work toward providing great customer service !

Fantastic customer service
I ordered 3 bands recently. One of the bands I ordered the wrong size, my mistake. I contacted customer services and they were fantastic and have agreed to send me a new band and let me keep the original one. I will be recommending WizeBand and ordering again in the future.
