Great customer service with prompt replies to questions prior to placing order. Ordered 14 custom jerseys… received them quite quickly (within the estimated time frame). Jerseys were exactly as ordered (sizing and custom lettering). Very pleased with quality of product as well.

They reached out to me after my last review and seem to be correcting the issues I had...the proof will be in the next few weeks... and then i will look at re-editing this review and giving a fresh one as well.

Terrible communication and very slow to respond with custom orders, still waiting on designs over a month now.
I have multiple orders and this company was referred to me by someone that had a good experience with them so I thought I would try them as I'm looking for a new supplier to my business.
I have given two designs to them and both were AI generated. A simple phone conversation would clear up any art design issues they are having with the concept(s) I have provided. I have asked to talk to someone directly at this company and they say they only work online through their portal or email. I believe they use bots for their communication and the address on their website is a simple postal box with multi users and businesses at the same address.

When I became concerned that the bowling shirt I ordered as a Christmas gift had not yet arrived, the company reached out in a text to let me know that it was on it's way and would arrive in time. The gift was for my son in law (a new first time bowler) and he absolutely loved it! He went into another room and came out with his new shirt and his face was beaming. Thankyou for such a wonderful gift!

I've ordered team jerseys from them a couple times and after my design was approved by me it took about 2 weeks to receive them... Great customer service and a great product. 100% recommend

I recently received my Primesty bowling shirts and overall, they look just like the product photos on the website. The fit seems true to size, which I appreciated. However, the shirts appear to be made of nylon or polyester, and unfortunately there is no material information or care instructions on the tags. This makes it difficult to know the best way to wash or maintain them.

While the product itself is decent, the shopping experience could use improvement. The website is not very mobile-friendly, which made browsing and ordering more challenging than it should be. Additionally, communication around delivery needs to be better—there was very little information or updates while my order was in transit.

With clearer labeling, improved mobile usability, and better delivery communication, the overall experience would be much stronger.

I'm a repeat customer a few times over. Representatives have always been prompt and courteous. I just needed a couple jerseys for new team members this time. Received them in 10 business days looking good. Thank you Tracy

Great customer service. The staff was easy to communicate with the wants and needs of what I wanted to put on my customized jersey. It took several tries but in the end, they hit it out of the ballpark. The jersey came out great and the fitting and comfort to your body when you wear it made this jersey, the material even better. The order process went well, the shirts was received fast, and all printing was correct, I had made a couple of type o, and was able the get that corrected without any problem. they responded quickly to emails and confirmed everything before printing order. We ordered 17 shirts, and all came out perfect.

When we made the order we were told that if we expedite the product it will arrive 3-5 business days. The product was delivered after the event. Which was pretty embarrassing. We were all looking forward to wearing the shirts.

In your response you stated that it was communicated to me about the 3-5 process and 3-5 to expedite. I want to make clear if it was told to me I would have done the order. I explained in my email the dates I needed the shirts by and that's where I was told if I expedite my order it will arrive with in 3-5 business days. Which when we decided to expedite the orders not before.
