I really like these products. Organic cotton and good quality, cool designs, prices very low.

The customer service responded quickly to my request.

Hace mas de una semana que hice mi pedido y en correos aun están esperando a que lo entreguen allí para que comience el envío. He escrito ya dos emails y nadie contesta...a ver que pasa.

The product itself is mid, shirts have cool designs, i'll give them that, but the quality is questionable, the cotton t-shirts are so thin and I'm afraid they won't stand the test of time. As for the customer service, they were not very helpful. I received my package after about 2-3 weeks just to find out that i have an extra fee of 11 euros to pay to the delivery guy. When I asked Wituka customer service what this was for, I waited for 5 working days to get a response, and the response was "Sorry for the delay in my response, your purchase has been delivered, is that correct?". Then waited 5 more working days and yet did not receive a quality explaination. In a nutshell cool design/mid quality/ bad customer support. 2/5

Had an issue twice. Both times there was a quick solution. (Once a new shirt and once an correction of the price).

Prodotti molto originali e carini. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottima. Lavare con attenzione perchè soprattutto il colletto delle T-shirt perchè tende a smollarsi.
Sulla carta i prodotti dovrebbero essere ecosostenibili ma penso in parte visto che a quel prezzo è impossibile che siano super ecosostenibili, infatti il materiale arriva da Bangladesh o Cina e solo la stampa viene fatta in Spagna.
Per quanto riguarda la consegna purtroppo si affidano a TNT/FedEx che non lasciano mai il pacco se non ti trovano in casa (come fa Amazon) e per chi lavora è un po' una rottura... L'assistenza è però super affidabile, dopo aver segnalato che il pacco non arrivava perchè non mi avevano trovato a casa hanno riprogrammato immediatamente la consegna.
Tutto sommato apprezzo sia il prodotto che il servizio.

Leider wurde mir das falsche T-Shirt geliefert, daher ein Stern abzug. Dann habe ich dem Support geschrieben und sehr schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Es wurde super unkompliziert und sehr freundlich kommuniziert. Das eigentliche Shirt wird demnächst bei mir eintreffen. Deshalb 4 Sterne, weil sowas mal passieren kann, es aber eine tolle schnelle Lösung gefunden wurde :)

Super experience avec Wituka. Nous avons tous notre tee shirt dans la famille.
Je recommande vraiment, la qualité est top, les couleurs et motifs super ( et qui tiennent dans le temps). Les shorts de bain sont aussi de très bonne qualité.
Et un service après vente super réactif.

I allways had a great experience with Wituka. Fast delivery, interesting prints—I often buy them as gifts, but also for myself. I had an issue with my last purchase, but it was resolved in less than a day, much to my satisfaction. I’m very happy and will continue to shop there.

I bought my first Wituka t-shirts many years ago at their store in Valencia. After many years of wear they started to fall apart and I wanted replacements, so I ordered them online.
One t-shirt had a quality issue with the print, but Noelia from customer support was fast, friendly and helpful and I received a free replacement promptly.
Keep up th great work at customer support!

Haben bei Wituka schon mehrmals bestellt, Preise, Qualität, Prints und Bio Baumwolle, was will man mehr. Alles bestens. Einzig die Lieferung hat diesesmal ein wenig länger gedauert, aber die längere Wartezeit (2 Wochen) wurde mit einem T-Shirt for free belohnt. Also wir werden hier wieder shoppen!

Pedí un par de camisetas y calcetines, y luego cambié algunas prendas porque la talla no me quedaba bien. En general, los chicos fueron amables y me gusta la calidad de la ropa.
Solo revisen las tallas, creo que son un poco grandes para XS y S.

Era mi primer pedido y lo hice online, y desgraciadamente,no acerté nada las tallas y encima la camiseta que le quería regalar a mi pareja él ya la tenía. Hice la devolución de todas las prendas y pude cambiar sin ningún problema las tallas y también el regalo por otra camiseta. El trato ha sido genial y me resolvieron todas las dudas. El unico problema es que pagué 9€ para devolver las camisetas (aunque el envío de las nuevas era gratuito). Ya al menos sé mis tallas y supongo que en el futuro no habrá problemas. Muchas gracias.

El trato ha sido magnifico, tardan un poquito en contestar pero totalmente (hice un cambio de talla)asumible y más aún siendo tan amables. Buena calidad de las prendas, RECOMENDABLE

La calidad de las remeras es muy buena. Pero el servicio de envío y post venta es terrible. No recibí mi compra y tardaron más de un mes en resolverlo. Aunque Noelia estuvo muy bien dispuesta a ayudarme y solucionó mi problema.

T-shirts de qualité, pas chers et dont le design est créatif. Le service clients est au top.

Great quality of product. These regular fit t-shirts became my favourite. I’ve also experienced the customer servise and I can’t complain. One of the items I received wasn’t in good condition. I asked for the solution and on the same day I received a code for a new purchase of the item of perfect condition. All for free. Great customer service. Will definitely buy again.

Order a number of items to the UK, they arrived in a timely manner. Great items, just for a couple of T-shirts we decided to return them. I followed the process described on the website (which includes paying for the return ourselves, very expensive from the UK so I would not actually recommend doing this). Had the parcel back a couple of weeks later because apparently it was refused or undelivered. I emailed Wituka and they were very responsive, and offered to refund the items anyway. Can't fault this customer service.

La peor atención al cliente sobre la faz de la tierra. Pedí dos camisetas. Me llega solo una. Ni siquiera es una de las que yo había pedido. Ocho mails después me contestan que ok, que sin problema me las envían otra vez. Un mes después no me han enviado nada. Se lo digo. Me dan un código para una camiseta. Les explico que había comprado dos. Y aquí sigo con cero de las camisetas que pedí 15 mails y dos contactos por instagram después. Primero y último pedido.
