Compré online varias camisetas para regalar y finalmente no le valieron. Durante el proceso de devolución me respondieron a todas las dudas con mucha amabilidad. Se agradece tratar con gente tan agradable y simpática.

I came across the brand on Instagram and really liked the t-shirts. I ordered 4 both classic (size M) and oversized (size S) and they fit me really nice (I’m 1,68cm 65kg). The fabric is good quality cotton and the price is fare.
Something went wrong with the first delivery attempt but I got contacted for by the customer service and had the package delivered like next day, just on time for my holidays.
I can say I had a really great experience and I’m happy with my purchase. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Servicio correcto y buenas camisetas. Hubo un problema con la dirección de envío. Cambié la dirección por defecto antes de hacer el pedido pero después de pagar me di cuenta de que aparecía mi dirección antigua. No sé si fue fallo del sistema o mío. En todo caso, debí comprobarlo antes de pagar y no lo hice por prisas. Fueron muy amables para corregir el problema. El envío fue muy rápido.

Ich habe jetzt schon einige Male bei Wituka bestellt und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Ablauf und der Ware. Die Qualität ist super und die Preise, gerade wenn die Sachen noch reduziert sind, einfach gut.
Bei der letzten Bestellung gab es ein Problem mit dem Druck eines Shirts. Nach einer kurzen Email an den Service, wurde mir umgehend und ohne zusätzliche Kosten ein neues geschickt.

Estoy muy contenta con los productos de Wituka y también con el proceso de compra y la atención al cliente. Tuve un problema con un pedido y lo resolvieron no solo rápido, sino también de forma muy amable y eficiente. Recomiendo mucho esta tienda y también apoyar proyectos como este en lugar de comprar a grandes marcas.

Compré online una camiseta que desafortunadamente después del primer lavado se dañó.
Contacté con el servicio de atención al cliente y me mandaron en 2 días una camiseta nueva en perfecto estado.

Great service and great t-shirts! I ordered a t-shirt from Wituka, that got stuck in a packing station due to a mistake from Hermes. Wituka sent me a new shirt free of charge. It fits perfectly and looks great! I am very happy with the customer service and the t-shirt itself.

I am extremely happy with the quality of the T-shirt and especially with the fun designs! Our whole family wears them. I will definitely be ordering again!

Love this company and their products. I made an incorrect purchase from the UK and had to send the item back to Seville, the postal service demanded fees and the package went missing. PEDIDO HECHO EL 11 DE SEPT Y ESTAMOS A 18 Y TODAVIA NO ME HAN LLAMADO, EN ENVIALIA NO SABEN NADA, NO TENGO MANERA DE LLAMAR A NADIE NI RECLAMAR Y HE HECHO UN PEDIDO DE 50€ .
Después de llamar a varias tiendas de Cities y tener que personarme para comprar el pedido denuevo , me contactaron para decirme que la saca se había perdido y que me ofrecían hacer el pedido denuevo , como el pedido era para un evento especial no lo acepté,y solicité la devolución la cual me ha llegado.
He de decir que tenéis que mejorar vuestra web para que el correo sea más visible y un número de teléfono de contacto.
En este caso gracias a unacompañera que trabajo con vosotros y conocía el entramado de tiendas (diferente de la empresa online) pude saber dónde dirigirme. POR FAVOR MEJORAR VUESTRA WEB Y DATOS CONTACTO ASÍ COMO EL ENLACE SEGUIMIENTO DEL TRANSPORTITA QUE NO LLEGA A NINGÚN SITIO

Ma marque préférée pour T Shirt et Sweat ! Non seulement les produits sont qualitatifs, l'envoie est tout à fait normal (3 -4j). Les motifs sont cools mais ca c'est propre à chacun.
PAR CONTRE, le service client mamamamamama il est dingo. Moindre soucis avec votre produit, ils sont compréhensifs. Ils renvoient des nouveaux quand les produits sont défectueux. Ils sont rapides et efficaces pour traiter les demandes. Franchement c'est du très bon boulot.

I ordered the products in July and never recieved any of it - 2 months later. As noone from the company even informed me or offered me about this and the tracking ID provided was not unique I would not recommend ordering here
