I brought a bottle from Whittards to…
I brought a bottle from Whittards to cold brew some tea and unfortunately the seal broke. I went into the Swindon outlet store and they were very helpful but didn’t have a replacement part so advised me to contact customer service. I contacted them and was helped by Sarann. She was extremely helpful and got me a replacement part out very quickly! Great customer service all round!

I recently ordered a Covent Gardens tin for international delivery. Unfortunately, the order was lost in transit. But five stars are still warranted; despite obstacles with delivery being out of Whittard’s control, representative “Sarann” did an excellent job trying to track the order, communicating the issue in a respectful manner, and offering realistic solutions promptly. Outstanding customer service. I appreciate the transparency. Additionally, sipping their tea is always a joyous and grounding experience for me; life being life (unpredictable) will not deter me from placing future orders. Thanks so much, Sarann!

Replacement of tea
I ordered four canisters of tea. When I received them one canister had opened up & spilled everywhere in the packaging. I immediately contacted the company and received an immediate response from Sarann. She was very prompt in sending me a replacement. She was very courteous & understanding as they were purchased for gifts. Great customer service & wonderful products.

I visited the shop in Covent Garden end…
I visited the shop in Covent Garden end of March this year and bought a tin of White Hot Chocolate. This past weekend picked up the tin from my cupboard to check expiry date. 12/01/2021!! Good grief. Decided to contact office to let them know. Within 24 hrs, dealt with Sarann in customer service, gave her requested information/details/pics and they are sending a new tin to my son. BTW, I live in Canada so thought I was totally out of luck. Best customer service ever!!!

Excellent customer service
I’ve always enjoyed whittards hot chocolate but was disappointed with a new flavour. I sent feedback via email and Saraan picked it up. Replied within minutes and did much more than necessary to resolve the issue. As I was unable to visit a store for an exchange via ‘taste promise’ Saraan arranged for an alternative to be delivered. Outstanding customer services and a kindness that is much appreciated. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Glass teapot warmer
Even though there was some damage to my order, that has been quickly rectified. I received the order Sat, July 11. Sent pics to seller and note about shipment the same day. Received email on the next day, SUN, July 12 that a I would hear something soon. THE VERY NEXT DAY Monday, July 13, an email that Whittaker’s was shipping a new teapot warmer immediately!!! How’s that for service??? I must admit, a much more conscientious company as I have ever done business with. USA companies, some I’ve dealt with could take a lesson from you. Thank you so much, Definitely doing business with your company again…and my friends will hear about you as well. Keep up the good work and the outstanding customer service!

Due to the issue with address my order was cancelled without any notification, no refund.
I’ve clarified address as soon as as noticed issue, however, no action was taken to help with delivery.

After reviewing your order, we can confirm that we actioned the address amendment you requested after the order was placed, as the delivery address had been entered incorrectly during checkout. We also raised a complaint with the courier on your behalf after they marked the parcel as "Return to Sender."
As you advised that the order would no longer arrive in time for when you needed it, we processed a full refund for you.

I contacted Whittards to ask for a replacement infuser for my glass teapot as it had developed a crack after a lot of use. I received a quick and friendly reply from Sarann, who offered to send one to me free of charge.
