I recently made an online order using a Whittard discount, to pay and collect at a store. For some reason, on the same day, I received an email stating the order was cancelled as not collected.
I messaged the customer service, as I was wondering if my voucher Reward will be added back on my account. On the next morning, Sophie from the Customer Service emailed me to say that the voucher had been reinstated. Brilliant !!

Just had an excellent interaction with Sarann from customer service which I wanted to highlight here!

I had to contact them as there seems to be some tech issues on the website with redeeming UK-issued vouchers in other geographies (i.e. it didn't work, even though the website says it's possible to do so) but I very much appreciated the speed of response and resolution.

P.S.: Worth noting however that buying items on the non UK website still means items will be shipped from the UK (I think, given the cost) which means shipping costs are really high sadly.

Bought some camomile tea to try after being told about their customer satisfaction guarantee. It tasted of nothing, unlike other brands, I contacted them and was told to return it at my expense for a refund. So the guarantee is totally worthless because you have to spend over half of what you get back on postage. Or on fuel to get to their shop (20 miles away). I won’t be a returning customer for any products at all now.

I ordered two tins of 'chocolate' drink.The pistacchio tin was nice, but oh dear, the Rhubarb and Custard was beyond horrible. Very synthetic flavour, not at all like the sweets I remember. Never mind they have a 'Taste Guarantee!!! You can post it back at your expense = 3.95p or take back to my nearest shop which is 20 miles away.so much for taste Guarantee not worth anything. Just words. Wrote to customer service no help at all. Will not risk trying any of their new flavours!!!!

Sarran made my customer service request very pleasing. I am pleased to say that the result received was as you would expect from Customer service. Very efficient and polite and sorted any queries or concerns.

Had a minor problem with a product which was rectified efficiently.

I lost my spring stopper in my glass teapot. Unfortunately I couldn’t find a replacement online. I called Whittard and I spoke with Saranna who kindly arranged for a new one to be sent free of charge. It arrived two days later. The service was excellent and Saranna kept her promise of calling me back with an update on my enquiry. Thank you so much Saranna.

I had been informed to contact them regarding a delivery. I spoke to Sophie who resolved my issue straight away, she also explained how to stop the issue happening again. 10/10 customer service.

I ordered a lovely teapot and it arrived promptly. Unfortunately the strainer had broken in transit- Sarann was able to organise an immediate replacement which I hope will arrive as promptly as the initial order. Overall, beautiful teapot and excellent service.

Whittard of Chelsea teas, especially their Earl Grey is my most favorite!! I place an order every 4-5 months and buy multiple loose tea pouches as I drink it every day. My latest shipment arrived to the U.S., but the box, somewhere during the shipment, had been opened and tea was stolen, so I received an empty box! I contacted the company and they were so kind and thoughtful! They quickly shipped me a replacement! Sarann was wonderful to work with and I greatly appreciate her great customer service and understanding of my situation. I will keep purchasing this delicious and high quality tea from Whittard! Thank you to the amazing team and Sarann at Whittard!

I sent a gift to a friend, and wanted to clarify that the receipt wouldn’t show the cost etc. Sarann was very quick to reply to say that it would not. Unfortunately, my parcel got lost in transit, but once again, when I contacted Whittards, Sarann was quick to respond and resolve the issue. I cannot fault their customer service at all, it is fantastic. Thank you so much.

Excellent service from Whittard’s as usual. I recently placed an order online but there was a small issue with stock availability and postage charges. I got in touch with the customer service team and Sarann sorted the issue out immediately with no problem at all. Very pleased.

I usually buy my tea from this company, but I've just been told, after a query that the Earl Gray tea in a caddy is from a different supplier to that of the refill packs, WHY? The tea is quite different when it's made and feel that it is a rather silly situation! Why sell tea named Earl Gray in caddies with one taste and supply a different tea in refills designed to be the same, which it isn't!
I feel unless Whittard change their suppliers from the refill company to the caddy company, the tea will continue to be sub standard. Plus, if I want the same tea, I have to buy it in the caddies at twice the cost, clearly a rip off. I and others deserve discounts for loyalty? What say you Whittard?

Customer service was quick and efficient. Sarann was helpful and clear when helping me resolve my issue. So happy to encounter people that display great customer service.
