Wentworth Wooden Puzzles are my absolute favorite! I am completely obsessed with their high-quality, beautifully crafted jigsaw puzzles.

What sets Wentworth apart from other puzzle manufacturers is their dedication to using only the best materials. So many companies prioritize profit over durability and use cheap paperboard to cut costs, but Wentworth knows that this leads to poor quality puzzles that can get creased or damaged easily. Instead, they use sustainably-sourced wood to make their puzzles, which means they last for a long time and can be enjoyed over and over again.

I have personally experienced the durability and longevity of Wentworth's puzzles, and I am blown away by how well they hold up. I have completed so many of their puzzles multiple times, and they still look brand new. I have also given Wentworth puzzles as gifts to friends and family, and they have always been a hit.

The level of detail and precision in their puzzles is truly impressive, and I love the unique, bespoke pieces called "whimsies" that reflect the theme of the puzzle.

I have also had the chance to try out Wentworth's personalised puzzle service, where I turned a photo into my very own custom-made jigsaw. It was such a special gift and I know it will be treasured for years to come.

I am a huge fan of Wentworth Wooden Puzzles and I highly recommend them to anyone who loves jigsaw puzzles. They are truly the best in the business!

Decided to purchase some puzzles from Wentworth, Although I was cautious about purchasing the puzzles due to the price & some reviews complaining about missing pieces & the shocking customer service at Wentworth.
I have purchased several puzzles as gifts one being £112 on its own. I placed my order & then within a couple of minutes decided I wanted to purchase 3 more. I contacted Wentworth customer care & asked them if my order can be amended to add more items! They told me the order cannot be amended & I will have to place a separate order instead (Which I did) but I cannot understand why this could not be amended as it was only a few minutes after I had placed my origional order. I then contacted them again as I had ordered 2 of the same puzzle & although for different people I wanted to swap 1 puzzle for another, I was told again that this is not possible as my order is being processed (but has not been dispatched) They then said I can cancel the whole order for a refund & then place a new order! So I can cancel an order that's being processed but cannot make 1 minor amendment. So Wentworth are prepared to lose an order for nearly £300 but cannot replace 1 puzzle for another! Sounds crazy to me. This is just a review of the experience I have had with customer service. I will have to wait to get the products before commenting on quality & value for money. One thing is for sure I really hope the quality & value way exceeds the customer service qualities at Wentworth as so far the service is shocking & unhelpful!

I am starting to feel like I am going to regret ordering from this company (time will tell when I get to see the products)
Currently I am unlikely to return & give this company any more money,.
Update! All the puzzles arrived & all seem to be complete, Although my partner has yet to complete her 1000 piece puzzle, These are well made & everybody loved doing the puzzles, They are challenging & keep you occupied, Maybe Wentworth could look at their customer care department & make a few changes in regards to making changes or adding to the order especially when the order has not already been processed.
All the puzzles I purchased where complete & no missing pieces from any of the puzzles thankfully, My Partner has also now completed her 1000 piece puzzle & this was certainly challenging but enjoyable too, The way the pieces fit together is amazing & there is always a surprise when you are looking for a certain shaped piece & then when you find the piece or pieces you are looking for they look nothing like you expected, These puzzles are well made great quality & worth the money.

Terrible shipping, worse customer service. I ordered 4 puzzles, costing over $200. Three puzzle boxes arrived. The box they were packaged in looked like it had been submerged in water and then used as a soccer ball. The puzzle boxes inside were not wrapped in cellophane, and the two on the outside were damaged. One box appeared to have two puzzles as the cover had a picture of one of the puzzles, and the bottom box, another.
When trying to contact the company by phone, I was told it was only the order line, that I had to dial another extension for customer service. There is no way to enter an extension, and the employee will not transfer.

I love the puzzles. That is why I have bought over thirty of them as gifts for friends and family over the past two years. I would have expected some kind of special offer as thanks for a loyal customer. No chance! Not a single offer or discount. And now, the price of the cheapest puzzle has gone up from £7.50 to £9.00 an increase of 27% since Christmas. You've just lost a special customer.

I love wentworth puzzles very much and will carry on buying them. its just a shame that one of the puzzles had a piece missing. the puzzle i'm talking about is called summer garden it was a gift from my son.

Nicely packaged and lovely subjects to choose from. But when you pay over £50 for a puzzle you don't expect it to be incomplete. Ours had two missing pieces

These puzzles are fantastic. The quality is outstanding and the service you receive is just as good.

Handmade and wooden, a product that will be able to be done again and again.

My children and family love to get them as gifts. Even better they will wrap and send them for me.

Even though there has been a small price increase (hasn't there been everywhere) will continue to be a Wentworth puzzler forever.

Watch out! Prices have shot up.
Really, really disappointed with Wentworth and the customer experience.
Don't get me wrong, these are nice puzzles, but they are very expensive for what they are.
2022....and the cost of living is crippling. Jigsaws are a nice way to kill the time and yet Wentworth chuck another 10% on the cost of the puzzles. Terrible timing for so many struggling families.
Furthermore, even when I tried to order a jigsaw, the website isn't working. Customer service can't help....try later.
As the costs go up...the service comes crashing down.
And as very long-term customers (for many years) there are no points or rewards for loyalty.
They don't seem to care...and somebody at the top is a making a bundle!
Disappointed.

Excellent quality of products and excellent customer service.

I have about ten Wentworth jigsaws, some bought more than 20 years ago. They’re much more expensive than cardboard jigsaws, but they are proper puzzles that will entertain you for years to come. I probably do each one about once a year. They’re jigsaws best solved without peeking at the picture, as the whole point is to appreciate the craftiness of the cutting, which can deceive you like a cryptic crossword clue. Not all edge pieces look like edge pieces, and not all apparent edge pieces turn out to be edge pieces. (And not all of them have straight edges anyway.)

There is a huge range of images to choose from. And there are (usually) the “whimsies” - pieces with a shape that matches the subject of the picture. I say usually, because there are also some very difficult puzzles, with a small number of piece shapes and an image that combines with the cutting pattern to make them really tough. I have ordered a two or three during the coronavirus lockdown, and all were delivered in the time period stated on the website. In contrast to some statements here, I have had no problems with customer service.

Very poor experience. I placed an order and minutes later realised I had not ordered an additional puzzle I wanted due to a glitch in their website, so I emailed customer services asking if the puzzle could be added to my order and I was told this was impossible and advised to cancel my order, have it refunded and then reorder with the correct items. I knew I would be waiting a while for a refund so I asked if there was a discount available/free postage and I would order the new puzzle separately. After 2 days my email was responded to and I was told they couldn’t offer a discount and again I should cancel my order and have it refunded.

All this came after I had tried to place the order from my phone but the website was unresponsive so had to use a laptop to be able to add items to my basket.

In the end I cancelled my order and requested a refund however I won’t be replacing my order. Customer service is poor and unhelpful, wait time for puzzles is poor, expensive delivery regardless of the order size. All round a poor experience.

Not so good, the puzzle took 3 weeks to arrive, and when it did arrive it was the wrong one! Now having problems getting any response from Wentworth Puzzles, who asked me to email them. Disappointed...:(
