This was an expensive investment for two kittens to prevent an heist into the outside world, so it was really important to make sure the right selection was made for the supply of the equipment and the installation service. After approaching a number of company's specialising in cat fence installation, we decided to go with Purrfect Installations due to locality, and recommendation. They were also the price-beater which is obviously a consideration.

Fraser and his colleague were able to arrange installation quickly, (within a couple of weeks,) and turned up raring to go. We could tell that they were professionals almost immediately because they cracked on without any hesitation. Our garden isn't particularly difficult I suppose - standard rectangle but they had it all figured out rapidly. There was no lack of attention to detail - literally every corner and gap is cat escape proof! Also nice touch around the gate area where they installed a crossbeam to take the fencing, whilst still leaving the gate perfectly usable, and also round our shed where they overcame a bit of a logistical challenge.

Took around 4 hours to complete the work and we are proper pleased. No way it's coming down, and no way they are getting up! It's a good solid product.

There aren't many companies to approach about this type of work but I'd have no hesitation recommending them for full 5-star service. When you go for something like this, the aim is to protect your cats so therefore, considering the overall cost also, you need it to be done right. No cowboys here - totally brilliant job and if and when we move house, we'll be asking them to take it all down and put it up again!

We’ve used these guys twice now. We had Purrfect installed at our last home and then asked them to reinstall it when we moved last summer.

It has worked both times and has given us complete peace of mind when letting our cats out into the garden. One of them tried to climb the fence at both our last home and new home and realised they couldn’t get out so haven’t tried again.

Having Purrfect installed was one of the best things we’ve done and have never regretted it.

From start to finish, Fraser was absolutely fantastic! From the very first contact, arranging a date to come and measure the garden and talk through my plans for the cat enclosure , everything felt easy and reassuring. He took the time to see if what I wanted was possible, explained anything I needed to consider, answered all my questions, and was just a genuinely down-to-earth guy.

Communication through WhatsApp and email was fast and efficient, and it wasn’t long before we had a date booked in for the enclosure to be built.

Fraser and Adrian arrived on time and completed everything within the day. Both were lovely lads , great to chat with and their work was brilliant. Their problem solving, advice, and helpful tips really stood out, and they absolutely smashed the job. They were attentive throughout and happy to answer any questions or queries I had along the way.

I would definitely recommend Purrfect Installation for your fur babies. If you’re considering getting a cat enclosure, peace of mind is everything. Now I always know where my cats are and that they’re safe and thanks to Fraser and Adrian, we didn’t have to wait long either… and neither did the cats, who were itching to get outside!
