100% a scam company. Check Google reviews. They take your money then never reply to emails or Messenger or phone calls. Run away from these scammers.
Australian made Cat Scratcher Post - This is our third cat scratcher from Purrfect Pets. Our cats love the top bucket.......they like being up high and feel secure to curl up for a perfect sleep.
This one however wasn't as well finished as our previous ones and note that they didn't include their usual permanent branding (good promotion). Although not quite as good I would certainly buy more in the future when another is required.
They're Australian made & heaps better quality to imported ones. Keep up the good work.

I have found myself in a position which makes me feel the need to edit my review for the sake of honesty. While initially the company was fantastic to deal with, my latest transaction has entirely destroyed my view of the company. Their products are still of great quality but their customer service is now the worst I've dealt with. It has taken me months to finally get a refund on a scratching post that was never delivered. After repeated attempts to resolve this issue myself, I had no choice but to make a complaint with afterpay, the payment service that I used. The amount refunded was just shy of the full amount paid, but I consider this matter closed and will no longer do business with this company.
I’m giving the cardboard cat kingdom 5 stars.
The boxes are strong and fit together nicely, good size holes for my cat to run and jump through. Easy to change around and add more. My cat loves to sleep and hide in the boxes , her perfect maze makes her happy, plus good to hide her toys in.
Unfortunately my cats were not very interested in using this, and it starts to come apart pretty easily.

Hey, Christine. We're really sorry to hear that your cats weren't very interested in using your Cardboard Cat Kingdom. Cats can be.. well.. Cats sometimes 😸 Enrichment is an important part of your Cats life and sometimes it takes a little bit of encouragement, though, not all cat personalities are the same, and sometimes change often.. maybe every 10 minutes 😹
You did mention though, that the Cardboard Cat Kingdom came apart fairly easily. The feedback we've had so far is that it is pretty sturdy. Christine, would you agree that an instructional video may be able to help you to assemble the product properly? If so, we'd love to know, as that is something that we're currently working on at the moment to ensure you get the best possible experience out of your purchases with us.

Sorry about the poor review but the odour control spray was a waste of money and time.After thouroughly washing area with hot water and a mix of lemon 🍋 vinegar & citronella oil and then rinsinsing and allow to dry I spayed the odour control very heavily on the whole balcony area but it proved futile the dogs urinated once again on the entire area🤷🏻♀️and keep doing it no matter how much I wash and spray 🤦♀️🤷🏻♀️

We're really sorry to hear about your experience with us.
We do want to clarify, however, the recommended use for The Odour Control™ Spray. The Odour Control Spray is intended to be used for the initial cleanup - where you have used hot water, lemon, vinegar and citronella oil to clean up and remove the smell.
We do advertise that our product aids and assists with reducing repeat offending, however, the product is not intended to be used solely as a repellent.
On that topic, the use of citronella oil is definitely not a good idea, as it is oil-based. Your pets may be re-offending from the use of citronella on your balcony. Because it is oil-based, it means that it could still be on your balcony.
Citronella is a great repellant when used in moderation but with very sensitive noses just like your furry friends, they could very well be reacting by re-offending because they cannot escape the smell. Especially if it's now been mixed between The Odour Control Spray™ with any residue left over from the oil.
What we would recommend is using our Odour Control Powder™ to completely absorb any liquid based contents (including the oil) on your balcony, followed by the use of our Odour Control Spray™. Don't rinse the spray off, just leave it there to dry.
This should maximise the use of our product, as well as assist better than the experience you've had so far, with stopping repeat offending.
