The company should not have made such an intrusive upsetting mistake, it is only because Josh (customer service) was so pleasant and kind that I felt somewhat mollified.
I would have liked to know how my address magically appeared on the letter you sent even though you knew it was the wrong postcode. That continues to worry me a little.

Obtaining money with menace
Had a phone call from water plus ? Asking for money we are a tennant and there are 3 properties in the one unit. Asked how they came by our name and was told they used google earth , demanded payment of money ( asked who opened the a/c. No reply asked what bill was for no reply just wanted money ) they sent several emails each time the figure went up finally got an email from a credit company in Scotland asking for 3 times the amount of the original call , again I asked same questions as before again asked for an itemised bill ? The credit company said it would be emailed to us in 48 hrs It’s been 3 days still nothing. No itemised bill nothing I have spoken to our landlord I have told waterplus to take our name off as we are tenants gave them landlords details. Nothing. We are going to pay (as advised by our solicitors) I have contacted ccw and raised a complaint landlords will refund us money paid. But the time effort it has taken. It is sheer blackmail they should be reported to the police for getting money with menace’s. Worst company ever had dealings with.

worst company I have ever had the…
worst company I have ever had the misfortune to be forced to deal with! Somehow we have to pay an extortionate amount (an amount that will force our business into financial problems) for rain water that lands on a roof that doesn't belong to us and off a car park that also doesn't belong to us down drains that don't belong to us on property that doesn't belong to us!! We pay our landlord for the water supply too but this absolutely terrible company wont listen to this just keep hounding us like dogs...i don't know how companies like this can operate in the way they do

I had a slight problem with my water bill, after getting in touch with water plus to try and rectify the problem, customer coach Donna Barr sorted the problem very quickly. I can’t thank her enough for her help. She kept me informed at all stages and made sure everything was worked out. Thanks Donna full marks.

It's actually frightening how bad this…
It's actually frightening how bad this company are! No transparency. Hit me with a massive bill because they neglected to advise me they were the supplier. Failed to admit there negligence. 2 years without contact. If I conducted my business this way I would probably be locked up. They are not prepared to offer solutions to issues they have created. Clearly another money making scheme that target hard working people.
