Terrible service when you face a…
Terrible service when you face a problem they tell you one thing on the phone then email something else !!
They installed a new meter as the old one was unreadable following a problem in the road the bill tripled !! I believe the meter is faulty but trying to get this sorted seems beyond then they won’t send an engineer out utter madness!!’

Leak Allowance Claim Issues & Complaint
My initial experience with Water Plus was not good. I'd submitted a leak allowance claim along with meter reads and all requested information, but frustratingly was asked for the same information over and again. After complaining, I spoke with Adam B from the Complaints Resolution team who resolved the issue to my satisfaction in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.

Brilliant customer support
Paula was incredibly helpful in resolving an ongoing invoice issue. She took the time to listen and understand the problem, was wonderful with my 91 yr old mum and went above and beyond to find a solution. Wish every company had a Paula!!
