I have always been a little suspicious of Estate Agents and the value they can add. I have now learned to ‘trust the process’. Be Chapman initially appraised our property, accurately and candidly to come up with an acceptable guide value. No sales jargon, no pressure just a good conversation. Sam Turner and Kate Hunter have worked very hard to attract viewers and everyone who viewed the property has been properly qualified and made an offer for our property. Kate Hunter has negotiated on our behalf and done a great job with both purchase and sale. If you are looking for a team that will work with you and keep you informed throughout I can thoroughly recommend the Kings Hill office of Wards.

From the first visit into Wards, the staff have all been so kind, dedicated to helping us and extremely professional. Their desire to build a relationship with us was noticed immediately and it was obvious that they were in our side and excusable working with us. We really felt we could rely on them to do their very best for us. At every juncture, communication was clear and professional whilst still maintaining that personal level of integrity.

Gaby Ervine was so helpful and put us at ease immediately, taking a lot of stress out of the process. She gave us great advice and has kept us updated with pretty much bespoke properties as and when they have come on the market. We’ve been dealing with three estate agents recently and, while they’ve all been great, Gaby at Ward's was the rep who made us feel most at home and really treated us like people and not just customers.

I am so grateful to Wards for completing the sale of my ex rental property, I really can’t thank them enough. Having already been through the eviction process and then having a private buyer pull out as they were unable to secure a mortgage, I was seriously considering the auction option as the property needed a lot of renovation work, so glad I didn’t.
As most sellers, I had several estate agents round, I then chose Hannah Forrest (Sales Manager from Wards Gillingham branch) she was the most sincere and honest by far. Straight away Hannah arranged open days on two consecutive Saturdays with a total of 17 viewings 7 offers resulting in one offer 10K over asking price, very happy.
Hannah was my first point of contact throughout however if she was unavailable the rest of the team at Wards were happy to help with any questions I had, if Hannah was unavailable.
