Absolutely fantastic service. Deborah James is friendly polite professional courteous and knowledgeable. She selected an option to suit our specific needs and the iD3 GTX itself was an amazing choice. really enjoyed it and would highly recommend this car hire option to anyone considering a rental for short term.

Great communication from Deborah, clear transparent pricing on rental car ( no hidden extras). VW Polo car I chose was fab - it was practically brand new. Given reassurance that should anything happen during rental, they were only a call away. Excellent customer service, and straightforward hire process. Would highly recommend- VW need to shout about their rental service, I found out about it on a google search, prior to this I had no idea they offered car hire. Will definitely use again should I need a hire car.

At 13:27 I booked a car online with VWFS Rent-a-Car UK. Clear website. Competitive price. Instant confirmation email.
At 13:43 I received a call from Debbie James.
She checked in, explained what to expect and asked if I had any questions. It was brief. It was simple. It made all the difference.
From pick-up to drop-off, the service was consistent, friendly and well communicated. No problems. No uncertainty. Just a business that clearly valued the customer. Even when dropping the car back, which was an immaculate Skoda Fabia, she asked me for any feedback and if they could have done anything better - an easy question to answer - nothing it was brilliant.

First class service from Debbie and the team at Marshall VW, two week rental of Golf Estate was delivered without a hitch. Everything we needed to know both prior to and during the rental was explained clearly and we were confident with the choice we had made.

Have rented frequently with VW, this the first time with Marshall and we shall definitely be renting here again.

I have rented cars more times than I can remember. I have never in my life had such a great experience. I didn't feel like I was renting a car, it actually felt more like I was buying one. More form the sense that I actually felt valued. The care and attention I received from all of the staff here, but particularly Debbie, was above and beyond. Going the extra mile seems to be the mantra at this place. I genuinely do not care if I have to pay extra (although ther were not expensive at all) to use these over another firm, the experience and ease of hiring is well worth every penny.

The car itself was immaculate. Not a scratch on it despite being a couple of years old. It looked brand new and had been well looked after inside and out. The car was a pleasure to drive, I'm missing having it around already.

Price point was very reasonable, it is just a shame that they don't get the exposure of other firms as they are not on the main search engines that I used to use for car hire.
