Efficient service!

Was very busy in store today and needed to wait in a queue, however this lovely girl was getting through lots of customers and sorted out my issue very efficiently. I even got an upgrade which is something i thought would be too expensive for me, but she found a good deal. Her name was Sally and as I was leaving I told the other customers that she was a star!

Hannah made my visit to the York branch worthwhile!
Having had a very unsatisfactory previous visit was pleased to receive first class service from Hannah. She knows her stuff and is polite, friendly, approachable and loves parsips!

WiFi 7 is a nightmare

WiFi 7 is a nightmare. My brand new Honour Magic V3 isn't compatible with it so now I spend most the time using my mobile data.

All the solutions in the router settings don't work. Even the dedicated 5ghz and 2.4ghz networks still run on wifi 7.

So now I'm stuck with useless broabad

Failed Broadband Connection Over & Over Again…

If I could have given them zero stars I would. Tried to move my broadband from Sky to Vodafone unsuccessfully. Orders have failed and cancelled over 4 times, I have 3 routers at my property in which none can be activated through my ONT. We have no Wi-Fi in the property currently and all the help we get is we can re-place the order for you with no explanation to the previous issue. I would avoid at all costs and not listen to any advise they give. We were recommended to cancel our Sky subscription to only be let down repeatedly. One of the worst providers I have ever encountered. Feel extremely let down and angry with the experience!

I’ve been with this company for 25 yrs…

I’ve been with this company for 25 yrs and they are usually very good but just lately they’ve become lazy and think they can threaten you with crap like putting you on calls only cause you pay a day late . Well wake up vodaphone there are loads of other mobile companies out!!!!!!so sort your bloody selfs out or I’m off to Tesco ?? U might think ur the best out there but ur not start reading some of your reviews you have become big rich and greedy like most other companies wake up!!!!!!!!!

Nick general store manager

Nick the store manager was the guy that looked after me in upgrading my phone, wow! What a guy. So friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new contract and phone. This is definitely the type of customer service I like, he is a credit to Vodafone. dont get a contract with wodafone …

after sendind my messages for 45 mins to vodafone ref tana who could not help me , i have been waiting for my free gift or £135 and not got it , i have paid over £160 in for my internet , witch thay should have sent me a long time ago , KEEP WELL AWAY FROM VODAFONE

Helpful and friendly

We had a complicated situation trying to renegotiate contracts for four different phones (ours and our children’s). Hannah immediately understood what we were trying to achieve and came up with helpful solutions to save us money on our overall bill. She was friendly and we felt confident that she finding us the best solution.

Hannah was so helpful and friendly

Hannah was so helpful (unlike the man from curry’s) she was kind and got us the best deals possible. She was very friendly and happy, always in a good mood. I couldn’t of had a better person.

Sally was great very helpful friendly and polite. Clearly explained my current deal and which was best for me going forward after our conversation. In fact she couldn’t do enough for me, best experience I’ve had at Vodafone cut above the rest well done Sally! and got me a much better deal.
