I live above a shop in Swansea high…

I live above a shop in Swansea high street and most days my signal and internet is unusable. The signal is mainly unusable in most of the town centre. I'm paying £40 o month for a network that's unusable most days. Please get your act together Vodafone. Please please please 🥺

I took my elderly mother into the…

I took my elderly mother into the Vodaphone store in Swansea and was served by Joey , he provided excellent customer service and almost fixed all of the issues with her phone . She really needs an upgrade which she will do this week

Customer for over 2 decades ...speaks for itself !

Always had fantastic service, network and customer service , makes a change for a company to reward customers for staying with them whilst up holding a great service , no pressure to upgrade , every effort in saving me money rather than empty incentives , Maddie went the extra mile on everything 🙏🏻💖
