Samsung upgrade by Maddie.

I was served by Maddie who made the process of finding the replacement Samsung phone for my old quick and easy, explaining the differences between the versions of the model I wanted. Maddie also found me the best deal for what I needed. Excellent service.

Great staff

Picked up my new phone on Wednesday from the Vodafone shop in Swansea. I'm not very good with technology but was very impressed with Ewan that served me. Very polite, patient with my questions and so helpful.

We visited the Vodafone store in…

We visited the Vodafone store in Swansea yesterday and were helped by Maddie a lovely assistant who was so friendly, helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble for Maddie and she helped my husband and myself with our phone contracts and had so much patience with us. Every store needs a Maddie.
