Only went into store to renew my…

Only went into store to renew my husband's phone contract however Andrew noticed my contract was due to end soon so helped us both renew with contracts that suited to our needs. He also suggested changing Broadband to a newer and cheaper option

Contract update

As an older couple we explained that we needed a little bit more time and explanation to chose the right deal. Jen took her time and made sure we knew what we had agreed in updating our contracts.

Always happy to help

Every single time that I go into the vodaphone shop I am greeted and helped with whatever problem I have. Even if it’s just an enquiry they help you as much as they can. Most of the time I am seen by a store worker called Donna, she is wonderful and always has me leaving the store as a happy and satisfied customer.

Friendly and welcoming service

I’d been to several stores checking for good phone packages/deals and every single time I was dealt with by a rude or ignorant employee, today though I had Chloe helping me who took great care and consideration into helping me find what was right for me when I planned to get my new phone. She explained everything so easily and made it all very easy too understand, I can only recommend more people were like her in that line of work.

Bear in mind the staff were great

Bear in mind the staff were great. However the company is dreadful. Paid for 910mbps got an average of 178... 3 weeks of support and no difference,the minute I said I've had enough they dropped me to 50mbps. Awful company.

I’m really sorry to hear that you’ve been experiencing such significant issues with your broadband speeds, especially after paying for 910 Mbps and only receiving an average of 178 Mbps. I completely understand how frustrating this must be, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

The Broadband team are correct that speed reductions can sometimes occur due to network congestion during peak hours. However, I appreciate that this has been ongoing for weeks and that you’ve already spent considerable time with support without seeing any improvement.

Dropping to 50 Mbps after you decided to leave is certainly not the experience we want for our customers.

100 out of 10 for incredible service! …

There aren’t enough words to describe how thrilled I am with my experience of moving my broadband to Vodafone!
My case was really complicated due to my dreadful previous provider, but Donna in the Sunderland store was absolutely fantastic - knowledgeable, patient and so kind. She also set me up with an incredible deal, at less than half the monthly price I’d been getting ripped off for by my previous supplier. I was kept well informed at every stage of the switchover and when I needed some additional help after the installation, Ahmed from remote support was also amazing and guided me through every step. These people are brilliant, they really care about their customers. It’s fantastic that a tech company the size of Vodaphone still recognises the value of human contact and provides easily accessible helpline numbers without having to fight your way through useless chatbots. Can’t fault the service I’ve had, 100 out of 10! Thanks to you all.
