crap service

a week of talking to every individual in customer care , going through every possible cause why the Internet was playing up. one fella even blamed our printer for over powering the source .
then after further angry calls they sent a B T engineer out to rectify a loose wire on the telegraph pole .
fantastic service well done. open reach is a subsidiary of BT pal

Upgrade Of Plan

Both Elise & Kyle are very helpful & knowledgeable about the products. There is no “hard-sell” everything is explained & tailored to the customer’s requirements. A very good experience.

Mineworkers package experience of updating my phone…

My experience of updating my phone today was made really pleasant with the amazing Kyle, he was such a helpful person, and the shop in caerphilly is very local, so pleased with the service. I will be back Kyle.

I cannot express how lovely!!..

I cannot express how lovely my experience was! I am not tech savvy at all and I needed to upgrade my phone. Kyle was so helpful and kind and took the time to explain everything that he was doing and why. He never once made me feel stupid for not understanding and helped me sort my new phone! I will always go into this store if I have any issues, so warm and welcoming and so so helpful!!

Kyle is the Vodafone shop in Caerphilly branch was really helpful, I changes my plan to a sim only and saves me £40 a month
