Im not often write a rewiev but this company is amazing. When I first time move with my husband 6 years ago we got Vileda mop . And today the same mop is still with us. Been washed every day in washmashine and still looks like new.

I have used the yellow Marigold gloves for years without a problem because I'm allergic to dishwasher soaps. Now I cannot safely hold wet crockery, cups and glasses, because they no longer have the once excellent gripping quality. I have to remember to pick them out of the bowl by the handle now, whereas before I could confidently pick them up by holding the sides. What have you done to a reliable English product? You've lost a long standing customer now!

Ich rate von diesem Kauf ab!! Ich habe Jeans aufgehangen und 2 Stäbchen sind abgebrochen! Danach habe ich nur noch Blusen aufgehangen und was ist passiert?? Und wieder eine Stange weniger! Es ist zum heulen mein Sohn hat mir ihn geschenkt das Geld zum Fenster raus geworfen! Wir konnten ihn auch nicht umtauschen da mein Sohn den Kassenzettel aus Versehen weg geschmissen hat! Ich rate von diesem Kauf ab!!

Ich hatte im November einen Wäscheständer von Vileda bei einem Drittanbieter gekauft, bei welchen nun leider eine Stange herausgebrochen ist. Nachdem ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert habe, erhielt ich ein paar Tage später eine sehr nette und wahnsinnige kulante Antwort des Kundenservices. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann die negativen Bewertungen insbesondere zum Kundenservice nicht verstehen.

Prodotti che costano un pozzo di soldi e hanno la capacità di rompersi da soli. Ho preso un looper che ha smesso di funzionare dopo un mese di vita! Soldi buttati!

Keine Rückmeldung auf die Reklamation. Der Wäscheständer ist nach 3 Wochen kaputt gegangen. Wir werden nun schriftlich anfragen mit Frist und nach Ablauf die Verbraucherzentrale einschalten.

3 stenditoi acquistati online direttamente sul sito Vileda. Arrivati imballati solo con uno strato di plastica. Tutti e 3 rotti in punti diversi, inutilizzabili. Dopo mia segnalazione con foto e dopo numerosi email, fissiamo la data per il ritiro. Loro non fanno sostituzione, così bisogna ricominciare l'acquisto da capo. Il corriere non si presenta per 3 giorni di seguito. Al secondo giorno metto la merce davanti a casa, in campagna, perchè non posso stare a casa per 3 giorni di fila. Gli stenditoi non ci sono più al terzo giorno, ma Vileda nega di averli ritirati (possibilissimo) e rifiuta di rimborsarmi per merce rotta (e tre giorni di attesa a casa). Pessimo prodotto, pessimo imballaggio, pessima organizzazione, pessimo servizio.

A year ago I bought a Vileda Retractable washing line, I have to pay someone to put this up. At first the line seemed as if it would snap but I was wrong about that its quite strong the problem is where the line wraps around to stop going any further this is very flimsy, weak I know I had this a year before it broke off but that to me isnt long for the price it should last longer my neighbour has had another make retractable line and she has had hers over 10 years. Now I have to buy another and pay someone again to put it up

Customer service is non existent as I have emailed, called and left a message and my number and messaged via facebook on a number of occasions but no one has come back to me, very disappointed as we have used your products for many years. Won’t be using your products in the future. Very disappointed

Vileda spin mop. Bought one in Lidls, will avoid the Middle of Lidls for a long time now. Best thing about it is the bucket can be stored in a cupboard. Worst thing is trying to use it. The handle and spin mechanism are flaky at best. We cannot get the mop dry enough to use on the floor.Leaves the mop head soaking, and using on a laminate floor is not a good idea. If you intend buying one, use the money to by a lakeside flat in Death Valley.

Beim Superfeger Classic ist eine Schraube verloren gegangen. Nach einem Anruf beim Kundenservice wartete ich auf Ersatz. Großzügigerweise bekam ich ein neues Kehrteil und war glücklich!! Das nenn' ich Service !!

Valida spin mop, the handle didn't last a month, toke it back for another that did the same within 2 months not fit for purpose don't waster you money

Compré un tendedero de aluminio y en menos de un mes 2 varillas rotas y eso que era extrafuerte según la marca. Mala calidad.

Kundenservice ist erst schnell und freundlich, sie handeln überhaupt nicht.
Im Dezember habe ich für meinen JetClean von meiner Garantie gebraucht gemacht. Dort konnte kein frisches Wasser mehr gezogen werden.
Ich sollte den Tank einschicken, um hohe Versandkosten zu vermeiden. Das hat super funktioniert. Angeblich gab es genau das Produkt nicht mehr. Daher sollte ich das neue Modell, welches im Februar erschienen ist, erhalten.
Anfang März habe ich nachgefragt und es sollte direkt bei dem Logistikpartner beauftragt werden.
Plötzlich hört man nichts mehr. Es wird keine Mail vom Kundenservice beantwortet und ein neues Gerät habe ich auch nicht.

Don't use this company. They use a wholly unreliable delivery company - DHL ecommerce - and it's extremely difficult to contact them and find out what's happening with a delivery.

après 1 mois d'utilisation la pédale a commencée a bloqué j'ai contacté le service qui a très vite répondu et fait le nécessaire pour le remplacement.un grand merci a VILEDA.fr

Bought a Vileda spin mop 3 months ago and the handle has already broken. The threads that hold the handle together are plastic and not suitable for purpose. Both of the plastic threads are loose and can’t be tightened up.
The whole handle just wobbles.
Very disappointed in this product and not worth the money. Expected it to last longer than 3 months.
Save your money and buy something better and sturdier.

My steam mop developed a fault under guarantee. I emailed customer services numerous times and they have not replied. I contacted them on Facebook, they ignored my issue. I left an answerphone message...no reply. Avoid Vileda.......Avoid avoid AVOID....

First it is notable that Vileda has not bothered to claim its profile. This is a clear sign that it does not care about its customers. I sent a query about my product via Vileda’s website. No response. I then sent it again via the email address provided for follow up queries. None of my questions were answered. Instead the response stated that the product was out of guarantee. This of course I knew. I responded and asked my questions again but did not get a reply. I shall never buy another product from this company.
