Ho acquistato il mocho Vileda completo: bastone frange e secchio. Sono rimasta molto delusa in quanto il secchio rispetto ai precedenti è palesemente più piccolo e non riesco a girare bene il mocho nell'acqua per mancanza di spazio. Come se non bastasse il bastone è 10 centimetri meno rispetto ai precedenti. Se già non è piacevole lavare i pavimenti, stare piegati per farlo lo trovo assurdo.
Sono certa che le persone che come me che l'hanno acquistato se ne siano accorte. Non è il modo migliore da parte dell'azienda per fare economia.

Verkaufen einen Wäscheständer "King XXL", der angeblich extra stabil ist. Vor ca. 6 Wochen gekauft, heute ausgepackt, fünf Pullover aufgehängt und Da kann man auch gleich das Geld verbrennen!

Ich habe ein Wäscheständer vor einem halben Jahr gekauft habe mit einer Kundenberaterin geschrieben von der Firma sie wollen zig von Daten haben, aber passieren tut nichts. Sie wollen nicht tauschen. Es sind die streben abgegangen, wo man die Wäsche rauf hängt. Die sind nicht sachgemäß verlötet, ja Leute ich kann nur sagen, Fingerweg früher waren diese Wäscheständer Goldwert. Heute sind sie Schrott kauft sie nicht. Es ist wirklich Schrott sie halten nur 1/4 bis halbes Jahr, dann fallen die Stangen ab. Ich würde sie nicht mehr kaufen. Ich habe jetzt den Müll in meiner Wohnung stehen. Muss mir jetzt wieder einen kaufen. Es ist super enttäuschend Finger weg von der Firma Vileda sie geben sich keine Mühe mehr die Zeiten dessen, wo sie Qualität hergestellt haben ist vorbei Naja, man sieht überall Deutschland war mal das beste Land mit Qualität. Die Zeiten haben sich geändert, traurig, aber wahr
Update ich muss alles widerrufen und meine Bewertung widerrufen. Am 19.2.2025 habe ich einen neuen Wäscheständer erhalten nach langem Hin und her und bin glücklich darüber, dass es auch einmal eine glückliche Wendung gab. Von einem Stern gebe ich jetzt Vier, da ich sehr glücklich bin, dass sie mir einen neuen zugesandt haben. Ich bedanke mich bei Claudia P für den glücklichen Ausgang
Trotzdem wünsche ich mir, dass Vileda sich in Zukunft wieder mehr Mühe gibt, bei der Herstellung von ihren Sachen damit solche Probleme einfach nicht wieder vorkommen. Schweißnaht müssen einfach halten. Wir sind eigentlich ein Land von Innovation. Ich hoffe das sollte auch so werden und das wünsche ich mir von der Firma eigentlich, dass es wieder so wird in diesem Sinne ganz lieben Dank

Wouldn’t normally even bother reviewing a mop but it’s so rare something actually works, possibly better than described,bought from Dunelms while just replacing a mop, thought it looked a little gimmicky akin to the useless Dyson vacuum, but hey! I’m a grown man who actually enjoys mopping the floors now, the spinning wringer works a treat and the mop glides unlike most that are made from strands of J’cloth, so guys go get yourself a new mop and earn some easy brownie points 😀

We have just bought a Vileda steam plus we have not used it but it comes with so much information nealy 400kg worth which seems very poor in this day so much wasted paper

AVOID VILEDA. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND A FRAUD COMPANY. THEY DO NOT ANSWER CALLS AND FOB YOU OFF, WHEN YOUR STEAM MOP STOPS WORKING. SCUMBAGS DO NOT WANT TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.

Useless and expensive products. DO NOT BUY THE 1-2 SPRAY MAX!! The floor ends up more dirty than before, the dirt gets spread up allover the floor instead of being cleaned up! Consumer support is useless and time wasting. No no no! Never again Vileda!!

Do not purchase the spray mop , I’ve had 3 and all 3 have stopped spraying after a few months . Contacted vileda and very disappointed in their response . Even though it’s their brand they will not even look into why I’ve had issues . Due to buying from a store it’s not their problem , however the least they can do is look into the reasons why their products repeatedly break .
Very rude customer service. I will not be purchasing any of their products again .

Habe einen Vileda Jet Clean vor 10 Monaten bei Kaufland gekauft. Nun ist das Gerät defekt und Kaufland verweist auf den Hersteller.
Es ist aber nicht möglich, in irgend einer Form mit Vileda zwecks Service in Kontakt zu treten. Aber teure Ersatzteile kann man ohne Problem erhalten. Sehr enttäuschend.
Werde den Schrott wohl zum Sperrmüll bringen und mir eine vernünftige Alternative (zB Kärcher) anschaffen.
Auf keinen Fall kaufe ich so etwas noch einmal Vorort!

I like to ensure all my regular clients have one of their own rather, than taking one in and out of their house each week.
If you buy a good one, it's fantastic!
If you buy a faulty one, it's so annoying and time consuming.
To me it's luck of the draw.

Bestilte vandrer sandaler i oktober. Har kun modtaget dårlige ubrugelige sandaler i plastik. Som jeg ikke kan bruge til noget.

Every product this company have made that I've bought has broken within a few weeks... If "we generate plastic waste" was a company, that company would be Vileda. They seem to have a monopoly with every large supplier too, like it's almost impossible to deselect them. But, we should. I'll be going out of my way to order from any company but Vileda. Making things that intentionally break with general use is not what the world needs.

I bought the vileda spray mop because I liked the idea of washing and re- using the cloth, but after only 2 months the mop is not spraying anymore, I have only used it a handful of times, very disappointed a waste of money, Vileda used to be such a great name in household products 😞

Anni indietro ho acquistato il mocio rotomop five, fantastico e durato parecchi anni. Se non fosse xke il bordo del secchiello dopo anni di attività ha iniziato la usura perdendo sempre più dei pezzi, sarebbe ancora più fantastico. Ma haime’anche loro invecchiano.
Purtroppo la stessa cosa non posso dirlo per il nuovo rotomop. Essendomi trovata molto bene, credevo che acquistandone uno nuovo mi fossi trovata altrettanto; e invece NO.
È scandaloso. Il pedale si inceppa sempre, il secchiello Edo una plastica morbida e quando è pieno fino al livello indicato, oltre ad inceppare il pedale, si alza il secchio. Il bastone del mocio tutto lungo e fissato, qua do lavi si abbassa di lunghezza diventando ad un’altezza per i sette nani di Biancaneve.
Insomma per aver speso 35€ devo dire che sono rimasta proprio delusa. È brutto comprare dei lrodotti venduti e spacciati per ottimi quando in realtà sono costruiti con materiali di bassa qualità per andare al risparmio (ovviamente non per noi clienti)
Penso che lo butterò e tornerò ai vecchi sistemi

This mop and bucket are absolutely useless. Wife came home last night with it spent more time clearing up after using it. Water go's everywhere up the walls up your legs. Had to go back to a conventional mop to pick up water. Do not buy this product been through instructions 3 times still pretty much useless.

Purchased the Vileda 1-2 Spray Mop & 3 bottles of Vileda floor cleaner to clean my one bedroom flat. This consists of one small linoleum covered kitchen area, a small linoleum covered hall & a small linoleum covered bathroom. Living area is carpeted.

Immediately encountered an issue with the poorly designed cleaning head, which folded upside down on every backstroke. I can’t stress how irritating it is when that keeps happening. The only way I could prevent it was to bend double at the waist, place one hand on the bottom of the pole near the mop head & have my other hand on the top handle with the spray trigger. This was exhausting and didn’t fully prevent the mop head from continually folding back.

I managed to get the very small kitchen and hall done with a lot of effort. However, when halfway through the small bathroom, the mop head snapped off the pole and was completely unusable.

In summary, it didn’t even last long enough to clean a very small one bedrooms flat. Total cost of mop & cleaning fluid was over £30. Shockingly poor quality & a complete rip off.

These companies should not be allowed to sell items which are simply not fit for purpose and snap before even completing the very first use that you bought it for. Absolutely disgusting.

The main item, a rinse clean mop was delayed by over a month which was bad enough but, at least I was kept informed. When they did finally send out my items they arrived in 2 lots but the first had a delivery note on it for all the items so I thought that part of the order had been missed off. Customer service took 5 days to reply so of no use at all. Company also goes by Austen Group, DF Sales Ltd and The Laundry Company which makes tracking the order really difficult. I had to google DF Sales to work out what DHL were going to deliver

Ich habe gerade den Wäscheständer Extensiv erhalten. Das Teil kostet 68,99 € und wackelt vor sich hin. Beim Zusammenstellen muss man aufpassen, das man sich nicht die Finger bricht. So eine schlechte Qualität hatte ich mir nicht erhofft. Das ist eine Frechheit so ein Teil zu verkaufen. Ich würde fünf Minuspunkte geben, wenn es möglich wäre. Nie wieder Vileda. Leute lässt die Finger davon. Für so einen Preis bekommt man bestimmt von einer anderen Firma Qualität. Absoluter Schrott.

Sehr schlechter Kundenservice, im Oktober festgestellt das unsere Glitzi Schwämme alle fehlerhaft sind, daraufhin haben wir den Kundenservice angeschrieben da sicher die gesamte Charge betroffen sein wird.
Kurze Zeit später kam eine Mail vom Kundenservice und als Danke für die Meldung sollten wir Ersatz bekommen. Dieser ist bis heute nicht da. Nach der erste Frage wurde gesagt es wird erneut verschickt, mittlerweile antwortet niemand mehr.

Ich wollte nie Ersatz haben, es war nur wichtig das nicht noch mehr fehlerhafte Ware bekommen, man freut sich wenn was ersetzt wird und eine Firma sowas ernst nimmt aber nur labern und nichts machen ist mehr als peinlich für so ein großes unternehmen.

El pasado día 30 de Noviembre compré un tendedero vileda infinity flex el cual indicaban que en un plazo de 24 a 48 horas recibiría, estamos a día 10 de Diciembre y sigo sin rastro del tendedero que obviamente he comprado, en definitiva, una estafa, me han cobrado y no se sabe ni cuando voy a recibir mi pedido, lo peor es que no hay donde dirigirse, quien teóricamente debe solucionarlo no da ninguna solución, eso si, cobrarlo ha sido lo primero que han hecho!

Vergonzoso, una vez y nunca mas, no compren en la web d Vileda!
