Everything I have ever used from them is utter rubbish that is of poor quality and does not work properly. Non-scratch scourers that scratch, brooms that are totally useless. Ironing boards that disintegrate. Clothing stands that are unbalanced. Total rubbish!

No one answers the phone say's they will call back but do not .Send email no one reply's to them ether waste of time

COMPRÉ UNA FREGONA Ultramax en la tienda online España y por €50. No es lo que esperaba ya que el producto no cumple con las funciones que ofrece o que vende. Envié un correo a atención del cliente y no me responden. Pretenden que lo lleve a un polígono, no tienen puntos pack OJO, si bien la venta es a domicilio la entrega no, no volveré a comprar y escalo la queja

Ho acquistato un Vileda turbo...primo utilizzo con acqua fredda e Ajax expel il mop già è diventato tutto nero e molliccio una schifezza insomma come è possibile?

Ich habe bis jetzt noch keine einzige Meldung erhalten, wann das bestellte Produkt verschickt wird?!

Nachdem das alte Gerät, nach etlichen Jahren, den Dienst quittiert hat, habe ich einen Ersatzdampfmop zu einem top Preis bestellt. Die Lieferzeit von 5 Tagen war angegeben und wurde eingehalten.

We purchased a Vileda 60m supadry hoist rotary dryer. Not long after a line broke but we will carry on then another then another and another. My wife rang to complain and with no hassle they sent out a replacement but guess what all lines on this replacement have broken well snapped this was over a couple of years.
When my wife rang to complain she was told it was out of guarantee even though it says 5 years so they were either mistaken or just didn’t know. She was given another number she left a message but she has left a few now and they don’t bother to answer or contact you back
My advice give Bileda a very wide birth when it comes washing lines they’ll take your money happily but after xare service is absolutely awful.

Compre en la página web de Vileda una mopa Steam plus pro compact. En la ilustración publicitaria hay 3 mopas, las intrucciones que lleva dentro de la caja la mopa también describe 3 mopas. Pero la realidad es que la caja solo lleva dos. He reclamado a atencion al cliente, me pidieron donde la habia comprado y un ticket o factura. Sigo esperando respuesta o que me envien la mopa que falta. Es publicidad engañosa.

Nicht einen Stern verdient. Den günstigen Artikel erhalten jedoch nicht das teurere Produkt! Anfragen werden nicht beantwortet, über Paypal dann die Erstattung erhalten. Außerdem gibt es die Produkte wenn man im Internet schaut, günstiger !

Ich hatte den Vileda Kundendienst kontaktiert, mit der Bitte um Erläuterung des angegebenen Wechselintervalls von 6 Monaten. Nur schnippische Antworten, viel benutzen geht es schneller , bei weniger langsamer. Die Angestellten sind unterirdisch, Mitbewerber sind da wesentlich freundlicher und Kundenorientiert. Ich werde diesen Laden nicht mehr anschreiben!! Sollen ihren Betrieb einstellen !

La compré por un problema en el hombro y voy a acabar con problemas de espada y piernas, el palo es demasiado corto ( fatal para la espalda) y para conseguir que quede medianamente escurrida tengo que darle al pedal como unas 15 veces ( cuando acabas de fregar te duelen la espalda y las piernas) el cubo para la poca agua que puedes poner pesa mucho y con el tamaño que tiene no sé dónde guardarlo. No esperaba que una marca como vileda hiciera un producto tan malo. No lo recomiendo, para el precio que tiene. Muy decepcionada y dolorida.

Toller Artikel, etwas hoch, aber sonst super!

Cavoli sono molto arrabbiata, ho comprato Vileda h2pro, usato una settimana, si è rotto assolutamente assurdo.. Pagato molto bene, uso quasi tutto della Vileda, questo è stato una delusione 😞.

Mop bucket lever broke while still in warranty. Have left messages and sent several emails. They asked for a video, proof of purchase and address, all of which were sent. Now they are ignoring me and this issue is not resolved. First contact was 6 weeks ago. Won’t be buying a vileda product again and the guarantee means nothing.

Paid about £100 for their rotary washing drier, 60m superdry hoist, what a garbage product. you need to cement in the base and when you do you still need to be 6ft + tall to reach it to put washing on it. When you start putting washing on it then it snaps down and washing ends up on the floor. the little clip holds until you put about 4/5 garments on then collapses. the drier says 5 yrs warranty but when you get it and read the small print it is a no rust warranty, not anything else. then you have a "hotline" to call, don't waste your time, nobody ever answers it and nobody returns your call if you leave a message - AVOID this junk at all cost - or come and get mine for free

Die Bestellung war einfach, die Lieferung war schnell und problemlos.
Material sehr gut, funktioniert sehr gut, nur der Stiel ist zu kurz. Ich bin klein aber für jeden über 160 cm wird das wischen schwierig bei dem stiel.

Erst kam der Ersatzlappen, dann erst das Gerät.
