Pésimo, ponen promociones de descuento de 5€ y cada vez te piden una foto diferente. Me quedo sin su patraña de descuento porque ya me canso de enviar cuarenta mil fotos del ticket del ean.. siempre piden otra tontería.

I had my mop and bucket for 3 months but hardly used it, now it won't wring out properly its sopping wet on my laminate floor, vileda were absolutely no help at all, i sent videos showing how wet the mop still was after wringing it, but their customer service is rubbish, they replied once to ask for a video, i sent it and never heard from them again, even though i sent about 6 emails, I wasted £30 won't buy from them again

I’ve used vileda products for years but my mop and brush are faulty. I emailed and was promised replacements which is well over a month ago. I’ve left messages follow up emails and completely ignored! Who is running customer services and completely ignoring loyal customers.

Promoción engañosa y atención al cliente pésima.

Compré un producto en promoción y me rechazaron el ticket porque era digital. Lo imprimí y tampoco lo aceptaron. Fui incluso a Carrefour para conseguir otro ticket y volvieron a rechazarlo.

Después de cumplir todo lo que me han pedido, siempre encuentran un motivo nuevo para invalidarlo. Honestamente, parece una estrategia para que la gente compre sin tener intención real de cumplir la promoción.

No lo recomiendo en absoluto y voy a compartir mi experiencia para que otros consumidores estén advertidos.

Shoulda, woulda, coulda, read the reviews before buying this mop. Relied on the brand name to save time. Big mistake. The handle was rubbish. Kept coming loose. No instruction on packaging to combat this, not even Utube. Swivelling mop head, no control, difficult squeegee, the whole design is pathetic. Waste of time and money. No stars.

Habe vor 3 Jahren einen Wischroboter gekauft und jetzt gibt es lt. Vileda keine Austausch Wischblätter mehr, da sie das Model nicht mehr fertigen....lt. Mail von Vileda

Abzocke....erst verkaufen und dann kein Zubehör mehr herstellen. Haben ja genug verdient....

Ich warte seit Wochen auf meine Erstattung einer Retoure (ungeöffnet, da ich das Produkt zeitgleich geschenkt bekam) Trotz mehrmaliger Mails und Anrufen, erfolgt keine Rückmeldung. UNFASSBAR!

Absolutely awful product, reminds me the quality of a 1960's Lucky Bags plastic toy marked made in Hong Kong. The customer service is non existent, I've had no replies in a week. Do not buy thus product as it wont last long. They say there are 2 soare mops in the box. There are no spares. Don't waste your money

ordine n. 151064053 non ho saputo piu' nulla ad oggi si tengono soldi e ordine. Fatto vari reclami con mail e pec al telefono lo sbattono giu'. Che si fa,se hanno il 90% di recenzioni negative un motivo ci sara'.

El pedal sale de fábrica defectuoso, se encalla a las primeras de cambio, una y no más.

Ich habe mir vor 2 Jahren den Saugwischer EasyJet 3:1 für knapp 200 Euro gekauft. Ansich ein gutes Stück.
Nach zwei Jahren ist nun die Gummilippe welche das Wasser beim zurück ziehen einzieht porös geworden und dadurch komplett kaputt. Ohne diese Gummilippe ist das Gerät absolut unbrauchbar. Man findet im gesamten Internet kein Ersatzteil zum kaufen. Habe dann den Vileda Kundensupport kontaktiert und lediglich die Antwort erhalten, dass der Wischsauger nicht mehr produziert wird und es somit auch keine Ersatzteile mehr dafür gibt. Ergo, schmeiße ich jetzt ein 2 Jahre altes Gerät weg welches 200 Euro gekostet hat weil ich es nicht mehr benutzen kann. Einmal und nie wieder Vileda!

I am writing this complaint on behalf of an elderly individual who recently purchased the Vileda Turbo Smart cleaning system in Spain. This experience has been deeply disappointing for several reasons:
1. Defective Product

The unit was faulty and failed to operate correctly from day one. For a brand that markets itself on quality and durability, receiving a "dead on arrival" product is unacceptable.
2. Lack of In-Person Support

When the customer returned to the original point of sale, they were directed to contact Vileda by phone. However, the Vileda Spain phone line simply instructed them to file a claim online.
3. Discriminatory "Digital-Only" Policy

Vileda showed a complete lack of empathy and a total disregard for the digital divide. By forcing all complaints through an online portal, you are effectively discriminating against elderly citizens who may not have the technical skills or resources to navigate internet-based bureaucracy.
Summary of Grievances

Product Quality: Selling premium-priced items that do not function.

Customer Treatment: A cold, non-empathetic approach to elderly customers who require human assistance.

Lack of Omnichannel Support: Failing to provide accessible, non-digital channels for dispute resolution.

Final Verdict: I strongly recommend against purchasing Vileda products. They are overpriced, poor quality, and backed by a customer service department that ignores the needs of the most vulnerable consumers.

Vorsicht beim Kauf im Onlineshop: Die Lieferzeiten werden nicht eingehalten. Nach 8 Wochen ohne Ware und ohne konkrete Infos musste ich die Bestellung per PayPal-Käuferschutz stornieren. Der Service ist leider mangelhaft.

Ok, la verità è che Vileda era una buona marca UNA VOLTA.
Negli anni, come molte altre aziende, ha evidentemente abbassato la qualità dei materiali (per non parlare del servizio clienti, da come leggo qui).
Ho acquistato un lavapavimenti “1.2 Spray Max”, che di fatto è un semplice passastraccio con serbatoio spray.
Il problema è la qualità costruttiva:
- acquistato primo prodotto: montato e subito difettoso
- portato indietro alla Coop (luogo d'acquisto) per la sostituzione
- secondo prodotto identico: montato senza problemi, lasciato inutilizzato un giorno, e al primo utilizzo, smette completamente di funzionare
Risultato: prodotto inutilizzabile dopo pochissimo tempo.
Scontrino purtroppo buttato, ma restano 32 euro sprecati.
Trovo inaccettabile che un oggetto così semplice venga venduto a questo prezzo con un livello di affidabilità così basso. Qualità decisamente non all’altezza del marchio.
Consiglio quindi di valutare attentamente prima di acquistare prodotti Vileda: l’affidabilità e la qualità non sembrano più quelle di una volta.
(basti guardare le recensioni qui: su più di 300 utenti che hanno espresso la loro, la media di valutazione è 1,5 su 5......)

Spin mop. Handle fell to pieces, can I get it changed—- no. They want inside leg measurements, birth cert, date first walked as a baby, name of bloke next doors driving instructor-/ in other words they just muck you around. Vileda you are a miserable excuse for a decent company.

Pessimo servizio post vendita: ordinati 2 stendini Ghibli con sconto 20% più altri prodotti per un totale di circa 70 euro.
Uno dei due stendini è giunto con un pezzo del braccio rotto. Segnalato immediatamente il problema con tanto di foto mi è stato risposto, via email e telefonicamente, che non effettuano sostituzioni pertanto se rivoglio l'articolo nuovo (con l'incognita che possa giungere rotto anch'esso) devo restituire quello danneggiato, ricevere eventuale rimborso, fare nuovo ordine pagando a prezzo pieno perché nel frattempo la promozione è scaduta, e in più corrispondere le spese di spedizione. È un'indecenza!! Non facevano prima a prevedere la possibilità di fornire pezzi di ricambio in caso di danneggiamento da parte dei trasportatori? Di sicuro non farò più ordini a Vileda e vista l'esperienza lo sconsiglio vivamente

Wir haben am 20.12.2025 einen Wäscheständer für über 70€ im Vielda-Onlineshop bestellt. Bis heute, den 21.01.2026, ist Bestellung nicht eingetroffen. Der Support ist telefonisch nicht erreichbar und antwortet auch nicht auf E-Mails.

Artikel nicht erhalten. Kundenservice antwortet nicht. Paypal Käuferschutzfall aufgemacht.

Ich habe den Bodenwischer Ultramax Turbo von Vileda gekauft und möchte ihn auf gar keinen Fall wieder hergeben. Kein bücken ,sauberes Wischen bis in alle Ecken Feuchtigkeit bestimmbar durch mehr oder weniger Rotation, Auswringen geht mit Fußdruck sehr einfach.
Ungelogen, ich wusste nicht, dass ich jetzt ganz gerne mal ebendurch die Wohnung wische.
Also: meine beste Empfehlung.

Ordino dal sito una scopa lavapavimenti del valore di 84 euro. Mi arriva una del valore di più di 100 euro. Ovviamente non è quello che ho ordinato, non è quello per cui ho pagato. Scrivo subito al servizio clienti chiedendo possibilità di rendere l'oggetto errato e ricevere quello corretto...mi rispondono che non fanno resi nè cambi. Mi è toccato inserire una data di ritiro per il corriere e una volta valutato se la merce è ok provvederanno al rimborso. È assurdo...mai più
