La idea muy buena si no fuese porque después de darle 20 veces ala pedal, la fregona sigue chorreando. Caro y malo

El cubo turbo es una patata. Ocupa mucho, no escurre bien la fregona y el pedal se atascó la cuarta vez que lo usé.

Pessima esperienza, ho ordinato scatoli di guanti in ntrile, mi sono arrivati in un sacco di plastica tutti rotti, ho chiesto il reso, si sono presi indietro la merce e mi hanno reso il tutto, tranne la spedizione, e in più chiamavano continuamente scocciati. Sconsiglio pienamnente

Leider muss ich eine sehr schlechte Bewertung geben.
Ich habe einen Wäscheständer bestellt, habe auch eine Auftragsbestätigung bekommen. (auf der stand schon gar keine Lieferzeit und auch nicht wie geliefert wird) und habe nach einer Woche einmal nachgefragt. Es hat sage und schreibe 3 Tage gedauert, bis ich überhaupt Antwort erhalten habe. Und die Antwort war dann so Aussage kräftig wie gar nichts, es stand drauf. Es wird per GLS verschickt und ich bekomme dann eine Sendungsverfolgung.
Jetzt geht die Bestellung dann dem Ende der zweiten Woche zu und der Wäscheständer ist immer noch nicht da.
Ich würde niemandem empfehlen, im Onlineshop bei Vileda dazu bestellen.
Und ich möchte auch hier auf die Bewertung KEIN oh wir bedauern, oh das ist Ausnahme, Oh setzen Sie sich doch mit uns in Verbindung und so weiter lesen. Denn das kommt auch immer von den Firmen, aber verbessern tun sie nichts. Das wäre das klarere Signal als hier nur eine blöde Antwort zu schreiben.

Ho acquistato 4 panni in microfibra modello ExtraLarge XL....
La microfibra non è proprio delle più eccellenti dopo alcuni utilizzi si vede gia la luce passare tra le fibre segno che non sono più compatte tra loro, cmq ne ho usato solo uno per asciugare il lavello e piano cottura in acciaio una volta lavati con la spugnetta anti abrasioni Vileda quella tutta verde, dopo 2 settimane ho deciso di metterlo in lavatrice 60 gradi senza centrifuga per igenizzarlo....risultato è uscito dalla lavatrice lacerato a metà.
Ho quindi fatto presente all' Azienda Vileda tramite il loro sito compilando apposito Form il problema e devo dire che la loro Professionalità Disponibilità Serietà è stata Ottima 5 Stelle.
Senza alcun problema me ne invieranno altri per Posta.

Le spugne Ondattiva sono di scarsa qualità. Qualche anno fa erano ottime ma da diverso tempo ormai la parte abrasiva si sbriciola quasi subito. Di conseguenza il prodotto, oltre ad essere difettoso e poco utile è anche poco sostenibile data la dispersione di micro componenti sintetici nelle stoviglie e negli scarichi d’acqua. Dovrebbero fare qualcosa per porre rimedio.

I bought a vileda retractable washing line approx 18 months ago. After 6 months the plastic coating started to separate from the cord. Even hanging a medium load of washing on it causes it to say and a heavier load or a windy day can see the line stretch and see the washing dragging on the ground. Can vileda fix these faults in future? Am I alone in having these problems? Help please vileda. Disappointed New Milton

Because for the price you charge, this broom should at least sweep smoothly —
or fly, or sparkle, or sprinkle just a whisper of magic, dear Vileda.
Instead, it serves only one thing: your pockets,
while leaving witches like me frustrated, grounded,
and still sweeping the same dust.

I bought a Vileda 1-2 Spray mop. I have 2 problems;
1. The cap at the top of the handle where you input your water solution isn't a screw on. Thus when I pick up the mop to clean or remove the head the solution runs out all over the floor because you need to upend the mop.
2. Replacement mops are very expensive and are bespoke so you can't use other brands.

I wrote to Vileda asking for a replacement, they couldn't even be bothered to respond.

Customer services are not as good as they should be apparently they don’t work in the office all the time

El articulo correcto.... de inicio al cabo de 5 meses el muelle se quqeda abajo en el pedal. Y para conseguir un cambio (garantia) 5 gotos un video donde se vea el articulo con el muelle en las posiciones, etc.....

Me parece una estafa el producto vileda turbo,además de carisimo no escurre el mocho se queda empapado.No lo recomiendo.

Absolutely dreadful customer services and communication via email only. Purchased their rotary washing line from Argos. I went for the dearest product as I wanted the quality. A few months later the lines have snapped. Emailed them on 8th Oct was advised new lines will be sent within 10 working days. Waited and followed up and still waiting for them to ship replacement. Will formerly complain t on Argos too, they should be held to account if they want to support this retailer. NEVER AGAIN. Vileda get you act together.

He comprado una fregona turbo y en menos de 6 meses suelta tanta pelusa la fregona que después de fregar tengo que aspirar el sueloaa

Stendino Infinity flex… dovrebbero essere comodo perché allungabile e più alto, ma molto ingombrante, ruote invisibile e solo da un lato del piede è difficile da spostare. Allungabile ma impossibile agganciare mollette nei tubi troppi grossi , e vestiti sempre per terra anche con un minimo di vento. Lo sconsiglio

Der Kundenservice ist wirklich eine Katastrophe.

Unser Vileda Steam+ hat innerhalb der ersten zwei Jahre den Geist aufgegeben. Da das Gerät also noch Garantie hatte, habe ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert. Als Antwort bekam ich die Anweisung, die Verschlusskappe zur Garantieabwicklung einzuschicken – allerdings auf eigene Kosten. Das fand ich schon etwas merkwürdig, aber gut, ich habe sie dann versichert zurückgeschickt (was ich übrigens jedem nur empfehlen kann, damit man einen Nachweis hat!).

Nachdem ich zwei Wochen lang nichts gehört hatte, fragte ich nach. Laut Sendungsverfolgung war das Paket schon längst zugestellt, doch der Kundenservice behauptete, es sei nichts angekommen und sie bräuchten weitere Daten, um den Garantiefall zu bearbeiten. Meine 6 € Porto waren also umsonst.

Ich habe dann alle geforderten Daten, inklusive meiner neuen Adresse, nochmal geschickt. Daraufhin wurde mir versichert, dass ein neues Gerät in den nächsten Tagen verschickt wird. Zwei Wochen später war aber immer noch nichts angekommen. Auf erneute Nachfrage hieß es dann, das Gerät sei zwar verschickt worden, musste aber wieder retourniert werden – weil es natürlich an die alte Adresse geschickt wurde.

Fazit: Ein extrem unzuverlässiger und ineffizienter Kundenservice. Es wirkt, als würden die Mitarbeiter dort nur halbherzig arbeiten. Hätte ich gewusst, dass ich mich im Garantiefall mit so viel Ärger und Hin und Her herumschlagen muss, hätte ich mich sicher für ein anderes Produkt entschieden. Bis heute habe ich das Ersatzgerät nicht erhalten. Wirklich enttäuschend, Vileda.

Der JetClean gibt zuviel Wasser ab und saugt nicht wirklich alles wieder auf. Bei Fugen von gefließten Böden läuft er aus. Nach Reklamation der Geräte, 2 neue erhalten. Selbe mangelnde Qualität. Vileda ist nicht bereit die Geräte nach 1maligem Gebrauch zurück zu nehmen, trotz Beanstandung, Videofilm über die Nutzung, Beweise des richtigen Gebrauchs, Zeugen und Fotos. So vergrault man Kundschaft. Der JetClean ist Augenwischerei!
