Vet recommended Trovet food which was the last resort for my dog due to critical allergies with foods as she was getting older otherwise she would have to be put to sleep. This food worked amazing and she’s no longer being ill. Very few places sell Trovet but found this supplier via search engine. Brilliant service! Very quick delivery. Well packed. Love the subscription service and the choices of regularity. Highly recommend.

The cat litter tray wasn’t safe nor usable. I complained at had a new one sent but it also has the same issues. I was given a full refund in the end. It’s a shame as it’s hard to come by black litter trays!
Delivery was quick & they was also quick with replying to my emails.

Was able to get Virbac poultry toothpaste for my dog as a good value price when it was out of stock in many other places.

I needed to find some food suitable for my cat who had kidney failure. My vet recommended I order the taster pack from Vetsend. The box contained 7 different full size sachets/tins from different companies. I tried them on my cat and ordered the ones she preferred.
This enabled me to not waste money on something she would not eat.

As always, order was very well packaged and arrived very quickly.

The ordering was very simple and straightforward. The delivery was prompt and the product was delivered safely.

Took payment and shortly thereafter sent an email saying one of the three items isn’t in stock, no estimated delivery date given. Now my whole order is sitting there and not being dispatched. I’m moving house soon so imagine i won’t receive it in time. Just want to cancel the order and buy elsewhere. Shame as i was excited to get these supplements for my cat.

Ordered Lovebirds versele-laga nutribird G14 tropical pellet 3kg for lovebirds. I have 10 lovebirds none of them even tried them because its too big in size. Might be made for bigger bird but not small bird like lovebirds.
Wasted my money. I downloaded App not unable to cancel repeat order. It says select reason but no option to select reason.
Please remove lovebirds photo from the advertisement of this product so customer will not be confused that it is not suitable for lovebirds

Well to be honest I was 1st in the queue but put on hold for over ten minutes with the constant reminder of what your company does. But I was grateful that you picked my pet Jack up. I was asked how did the courier do was he polite I couldn't answer that question never met him. But other than that I am hopeful that everything will go smoothly.

I bought elbow pads for my pooch to help cushion her pressure sores/ baldy spots on her front legs which tend to dry out and bleed as she prefers a hard surface to lay on rather than a soft one. They worked a treat to stop her licking her wounds and for keeping dressings clean when her bald spots bleed . They are attached with a harness and buckle that fastened on her back so they don't fall off and she tolerates them extremely well and looks quite cute wearing them. They don't stop her jumping about like a mountain goat or hamper her walking in any way and were quite a good fit. Not too bad a price either. They came on time and we were kept updated on their journey to us. They were very well packaged and we were very pleased with them. I didn't realise that I was ordering them from the Netherlands at the time but they arrived quite quickly too. Would definitely order again from this company.
