I would like to say a huge thank you to you. Just a few days after i I bought a very large amount of food for my little very ill cat I contacted you to ask if I could return it as she had stopped eating and you very kindly said I could donate it to a cat rescue of my choice and still get a full refund, which you did. She had to be put to sleep three days later. I gave the food to Rolvenden Cat Rescue who were so very grateful as they’re struggling with costs and a huge amount of rescues to feed. This was an extraordinary act of generosity and I am so very grateful as I am a pensioner and the vet bills have been over £2000. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Heather Mallery

Wrong advertisement
Ordered Lovebirds versele-laga nutribird G14 tropical pellet 3kg for lovebirds.
I have search love bird food it suggested nutribird G14 which also has lovebird photo in the advertisement so i bought it. Buy it was misleading photo. It was never lovebirds good. I dont know why lovebird photo is there if it is not made for lovebirds.
I have 10 lovebirds none of them even tried because it is for large bird.
Very disappointed wasted £26

The renal tasting pack is a great idea. We struggled to find a kidney diet food that our cat liked, and she refused to eat. Your tasting pack allowed her to try several different ones, without us buying (and wasting) full packs. She’s now eating healthily again. Thank you!

Easy to order. Reasonable cost and offered something different to other companies by offering a variety pack of specialised foods, so could try out new foods on cat without having to buy multi packs.

Excellent choice & service
Vet recommended Trovet food which was the last resort for my dog due to critical allergies with foods as she was getting older otherwise she would have to be put to sleep. This food worked amazing and she’s no longer being ill. Very few places sell Trovet but found this supplier via search engine. Brilliant service! Very quick delivery. Well packed. Love the subscription service and the choices of regularity. Highly recommend.
