Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, rely on an automated system and no one cares or bothers to help you if your order take 2 MONTHS and still isn't delivered. I even complained 2 weeks ago and all the agent did was say your order is due on the XX date (same date as the automated email) but I could cancel if I wish but literally no follow up or even attempt to find out what went wrong! I then get 3 more emails saying my order is delayed! Horrendous! Don't bother with this company they are terrible!

Highly recommend for first time renal cats 😻
They do a mixed selection of renal cat food in one box so you can see which one your cat prefers. Brilliant idea!
I told my vet about it this morning and she's gonna recommend it to renal clients. One star was deducted because I don't like the '£4.50 across the board' posting fee.
